You may still earn and redeem your Globe Rewards points via the GlobeOne app.

You can still redeem your favorite rewards using the GlobeOne app. You may also dial *143# to check and redeem your favorite rewards.

The GlobeOne app was released in August 2021. This new app unifies and enhances the key features and experiences of all Globe apps, including GlobeOne, TM, Globe at Home, and Globe Rewards. Everything you love in just one app!

As we continue to create and maintain a better digital experience for our customers, our GlobeOne app will serve as our primary all in-one rewards app of your Globe accounts.

• Search "GlobeOne" in Google Play or App Store or Huawei App Gallery.
• Download the app.
• Create your Globe account using your email or social media account.
• Enter or nominate a password to secure your account.
• Add your Globe mobile number or account.
• Verify your account through a one-time PIN.
• Create a nickname for the account you’re adding.
• And you're all set! You may now view your details on the account dashboard and enjoy all the cool features of the app.
  

With Globe Rewards app, you can use this to redeem rewards offers while the GlobeOne app, you can use this to manage your accounts, buy load, avail of new and exciting rewards and discounts, get vouchers, and so much more so you don’t need to worry about missing out!

For Postpaid and Globe At Home Postpaid customers, you may only do Rewards transactions for now via the GlobeOne app.

You can use iOS 14.0 and above and 5.0 and above for Android. For Huawei users, you can also download the app in App Gallery with no minimum version  requirements.

You can continue sending rewards as a gift to family or friends via *143# or the GlobeOne app.
