All Globe customers can redeem 1-day round trip GET Bus shuttle service QR code to the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR concert area.
The round trip will cover from pick-up venue to concert area and vice-versa.
What are GETPASS QR codes?
GET Bus QR codes are unique QR codes that customers have to scan in order to board the GET Bus shuttle.
- 1 customer = 1 QR code for BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Day 1
- 1 customer = 1 QR code for BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Day 2
Each GETPASS QR code is valid for one (1) round trip GET Bus shuttle ride only.
How do you redeem a GET Bus QR code via the GlobeOne app?
- Open the GlobeOne app
- Click Redeem Rewards
- Look for the following rewards offers:
- Round trip GET Bus shuttle to Philippine Arena (Day 1)
- Round trip GET Bus shuttle to Philippine Arena (Day 2)
- Choose preferred offer
- Redeem the offer using your rewards points
- Upon successful redemption, you’ll receive a text from 4438. The message will contain a unique alphanumeric code and a link to the GETPASS app.
How to claim a GET Bus QR Code?
- Open or download the GETPass app in Google Store or Apple App Store
- Login or register in the GETPass app
- Complete your account details in the GETPass app
- Click the JOIN ORGANIZATION icon
- Look for BORN PINK
- Click JOIN
- Input the alphanumeric code received in the 4438 SMS or GlobeOne app voucher pocket
- Click PROCEED
- If code is not valid, an error message will prompt
- After clicking PROCEED, you will now be subscribed in the Born Pink Organization
- Go to the CALENDAR PAGE and your QR Code Pass will already appear
- Scan the QR Code upon riding the GET Bus shuttle to Philippine Arena.
- Scan your QR code upon boarding the GET Bus shuttle to Philippine Arena
How do I know if it’s the GET bus for the event?
The GET Bus shuttles are wrapped in Globe branding and we will have signages around the Vertis North Mall going to the pick-up location.
When and where do I present my GET Bus QR code?
GET Bus QR codes must be scanned at the respective event pick-up locations on the respective event days.

- Pick-up location going to Philippine Arena: Vertis North Estate Open Grounds
What are the shuttle bus schedules for Born Pink?
BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] Shuttle Schedule:
- Call time at Vertis North is at 10:00 AM
- Shuttle Bus will leave Vertis North going to Philippine Arena at 12:00 noon sharp
- Shuttle Bus going back to Vertis North will be right after the concert ends.
- Each shuttle bus will leave Philippine Arena once all seats are occupied.
If I want only to use the GET bus pass going to the venue only and not round trip, will I still redeem the required points?
Yes, it will still be the same number of points if you wish to use the GET pass code
What's the maximum number of bus passengers that per GET Bus can accommodate?
For BLACKPINK [BORN PINK] WORLD TOUR: Maximum of 20 people per bus (strictly no standing)
Are there specific times available? Can I use the code another time if I did not make it on schedule?
BLACKPINK [BORN PINK] WORLD TOUR: Time schedule will be strictly followed. Boarding time starts at 10am and the shuttle will leave Vertis North Estate Open Grounds at 11AM. There will not be an available shuttle afterwards.
Up to what time is the shuttle available?
You may start boarding the GET Bus shuttle going back to Vertis North after the concert. GET Bus shuttle will leave Philippine Arena at 11 PM.
How will I know if I’ve successfully redeemed the offer in the GlobeOne app?
You will get a confirmation message from 4438.
What are the restrictions?
- 1 GET Bus shuttle unique alphanumeric code is equivalent to 1 customer. 1 Customer = 1 CODE.
- 1 GETPASS unique QR code is equivalent to 1 customer. 1 Customer = 1 QR CODE.
