How will I know what’s inside the Mystery Box I redeemed?

You'll only know what's inside the Mystery Box from the text message you'll receive upon successful redemption.

How do I redeem a Christmas Mystery Box reward via the New GlobeOne app?

To redeem a reward, follow the steps below:

  • Open your New GlobeOne app and Tap the Bring Out the BEST SURPRISES banner. You'll be immediately redirected to the Rewards catalog or
  • In your New GlobeOne app, choose an account or mobile number to use for redemption.
  • Choose the mystery box you want to redeem using your Rewards points.
  • Receive in app notification informing that redemption is successful. You will also receive a confirmation message with a unique code and a link to a partner website or app to claim the voucher.
  • Copy and paste/enter the voucher code upon checkout at the partner website or app.

Where and how to use a voucher code?

For those with 4338 message:

  1. Upon receipt, check the unique link from the text confirmation.
  2. Open the link and you'll be redirected to the partner's website.
  3. Before checking out, apply the code to get the discount.
  4. Enjoy your reward!

For Globe At Home customers:

  1. Open your New GlobeOne app.
  2. Tap on the mobile number you used for redemption.
  3. View your account details on the menu then tap View Pocket.
  4. Check your redeemed offers under Vouchers section.
  5. Tap the specific voucher and copy the code.
  6. Use the code in the partner’s app or website.
  7. Enjoy your reward!

How will I know if I have successfully redeemed the Christmas Mystery Box offer in the New GlobeOne app?

  • You will get an app notification plus a confirmation message from 4438.
  • Your points will be deducted and points balance will be updated.

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438. You may go to your account details from the dashboard menu and check View pocket.

When and where are the codes valid?

Voucher code is valid until Feb. 28, 2022 and can only be used once at the partner's website or mobile application.

How many times can I redeem the Mystery Box?

Same Mystery Box item can only be redeemed once during the promo period. If there are other Mystery Box items available, you can redeem up to five (5) Globe Rewards transactions per day (except for BUY or Points-as-Cash transactions)  as long as you have enough points.

I got the same items from the Mystery Box twice, can I change it?

No. You may get a telco reward more than once from a mystery box. For mystery boxes that open to vouchers, you can only receive one per mobile number.

How many points do I need to redeem a Mystery Box item?

For as low as 10/30/50 points, you can redeem a mystery box via the New GlobeOne app.

Are all items from your Mystery Box available?

Mystery box items are random. Different items can be redeemed at different times.

Does it mean that those with higher points, the more and priced items they can get?

As our gift to you, we made sure that even if you have low points to redeem from our Mystery Box items the gifts are discounted and with offers that you can enjoy with your friends and family.

Can I still redeem the offers using text or *143# without using the New GlobeOne app?

Mystery Box offers are only available via the New GlobeOne app. We recommend you to download the New GlobeOne app to fully enjoy your discounted and updated offers.

I didn't receive a text notification from 4438, can I still get the code?

If you have successfully redeemed via the New GlobeOne app, kindly text VOUCHERINFO to 4438. You'll receive a confirmation message from 4438 with a code and link to the participating partners website where you can claim your voucher.


For Globe At Home customers, you may go to your account details from the dashboard menu and check View pocket.

I received a message from Globe that a third party agency will reach out to me, is this legit?

Yes. For winners of device items like mobile phones, laptops and TV, our third party agency CREATIVE AFFAIRS TEAM INC (Wishcraft) will reach out to you to validate your details for the delivery and documentation of your prize.

When will the mystery box item I checked out be delivered?

Delivery in Lazada after you have redeemed your voucher. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer (unless stated free shipping).


You will see its estimated delivery time when you go to your Lazada app.

  1. Go to Account, and click To Ship.
  2. Select the order you want to check.
  3. You will see the estimated delivery of your mystery box item.

You will also be notified when the item is OUT FOR DELIVERY, when the PACKAGE is ARRIVING, and when it will be DELIVERED.


Delivery of items from 0917 Lifestyle will start on December 17, 2021. There will be delivery on the weekends but please expect some delays due to the surge of Holiday peak.

By simply posting, customers can get a chance to win bonus 300 Rewards points. Selected entries will be announced on Globe’s Social media channel not later than Jan. 8, 2022.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Promo Period: December 6-12, 2021.
  2. Unique code validity: February 28, 2022.
  3. Customer will receive the unique code after the successful payment/claiming of Globe Rewards Points.
  4. Customer may only claim the unique code through the text from 4438.
  5. The codes are applicable only to a specific product that can be used in the partner page.
  6. Customer may only redeem one code per offer.
  7. One code is equivalent to one (1) discount voucher code from the partner. Each code may only be used once.
  8. Redemption of codes in the partner website/mobile app must be done within the code validity period.
  9. Claiming of codes from the New GlobeOne app  must be done within the Promo Period.   
  10. Promo is subject to the transaction cap of five (5) Globe Rewards transactions per day (except for BUY or Points-as-Cash transactions).
