How to redeem a voucher via the GlobeOne app?
- Download via Play store, App store, App Gallery then open the GlobeOne app.
- Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: edamama
- Click Next then Redeem
- Wait for the confirmation from 4438 containing the unique code. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the 4438 message, from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu, click View voucher section.
Where and how can I use the generic code?
- Receive a text from 4438 with the unique edamama code after you redeem your reward on the GlobeOne app.
- Copy the code and visit the edamama mobile app or edamama.ph. If you do not have an account with edamama, you can create one through this link.
- Add to cart your preferred items.
- Finalize your cart then proceed to the checkout page.
- Choose your preferred payment method then input the unique edamama code to complete the transaction.
The edamama codes are valid at least 60 days upon redemption
How would I know if I have successfully redeemed?
You’ll get a confirmation message from 4438 with a unique code or click View voucher from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, click View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu to check code.

Can I give someone else a digital voucher item using my points?
Yes! You will see a Send as Gift button on the GlobeOne app if the particular offer can be sent as gift or dial *143# then choose Rewards then select Gifting from the menu option
Why is the code not working despite meeting the required minimum purchase?
