Love to read or finding the next great read? Globe customers (Mobile and Broadband)  can redeem a Fully Booked voucher using Rewards points via the GlobeOne app from February 22, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

How to redeem a reward via the New GlobeOne app?

  1. Download via Play store or App store and/or open the GlobeOne app.
  2. Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: Fully Booked
  3. Click Next then Redeem.
  4. Wait for the confirmation notification, along with a message from 4438 containing the unique code.

How will I know if I have successfully redeemed?

A text message from 4438 will be sent after a successful redemption. You may also check your redeemed voucher code in the View vouchers on the GlobeOne app.

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, you may go to your account details from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu and check the View voucher section.

How to claim my voucher?

To claim, just show the voucher code received via text (4438) or show a print out copy to the store cashier at any participating Fully Booked branches nationwide as a form of payment.

Why can't I redeem?

  1. Voucher can only be redeemed via the GlobeOne app within the given promo period.

  2. The offer you want to redeem might be unavailable at the moment due to the high number of requests. 

  3. Kindly ensure that you have good signal reception and data connection before transacting.

  4. Update the version of your GlobeOne app regularly

  5. Have enough points to redeem

  6. Make sure to follow and be guided by the Terms and Conditions ( per partner offer) (i.e. code has expired, code has been fully redeemed, redemption period, limited redemption, offer is for a specific account type).  

  7. New rewards redemption capping limit policy: 

    • Mobile Globe Prepaid/TM/Postpaid,Platinum,SG and EG: 10x transaction per week.

    • For Globe At Home and Home Prepaid WiFi, the limit is at 5x transactions per week.    

  8. The use of the voucher is subject to Globe and partner’s Terms and Conditions.

I have accidentally lost/deleted/ not received my voucher code from 4438. What should I do?

Please try again to redeem the offer via the GlobeOne app and wait for the text notification from 4438 with a unique code. You may also check the redeemed voucher code in the View vouchers on your Globeone app.
