Yes! For being a valued customer all these years, we want to make it an #ExtraGDayEveryday for you. We're now giving you bonus points every month so you can redeem more rewards. This is on top of your earned points from buy load or monthly Postpaid usage.
Who is eligible for this program?
This program is open to all our tenured Platinum, Postpaid, Prepaid, TM, Globe At Home Postpaid customers with at least 5 years subscription period and up during the earning month.
For example:
You're able to earn points through buy load/top-up or monthly bills payment for the month of April 2022 and your current subscription is of at least 5 years. You'll receive your Bonus points next month, May 2022.
When will I receive my Bonus Rewards points?
Eligible Globe customers whose subscription period is more than 5 years can expect bonus rewards points by the end of the month, starting August 26, 2022.
When will my Bonus points expire?
Bonus Rewards points starting in August until December 2022 will expire on March 31, 2023.
Until when will this program run?
This program has been running since early part of 2022 and will be offered until December 31, 2022.The Bonus Rewards points are based on your earned transactions from April to November 2022 (Load top-up for Prepaid, then Monthly Billed Amount for Postpaid). Check the GlobeOne app to discover all the exciting rewards you can redeem using your points.
Where can I use my Bonus points?
You may use your bonus points right away to avail of any Globe Rewards offers. You can use them to redeem Globe telco products, use your points as cash, or digital vouchers through Lazada, Zalora, Grabfood, GCash, and other existing partners of Globe Rewards.
I still have my regular earned points and other bonus points, which one will be consumed first?
Your Bonus points will be consumed first with an early expiry.

Why is the Bonus points validity period shorter than my Regular earned points?
Since these bonus points are given for free, the validity period is shorter compared to the validity period from your earned points.
How will I know if I received my Rewards points?
Kindly wait for the text message from 4438 about your additional bonus points or you may view your updated points using your GlobeOne app.
Will I be notified if Bonus points will expire?
Yes, a text message (4438) will be sent if points are about to expire.
