What's the promo about?

From June 25 to July 25, 2021, first-time select Globe Prepaid and TM users of GCash app who will register and fully verify their GCash account and purchase a GCash exclusive promo via the GCash app can get double Globe Rewards points.

Who is entitled to the promo?

Select Globe Prepaid and TM customers and who will download the GCash app for the first-time. These customers should register and fully verify their GCash account and have purchased GCash exclusive promo within the promo period.

What if I have downloaded the GCash app before, will I still be eligible to get the bonus points?

No, only new customers who download and register to the app for the first time are eligible to join the promo.

Can I purchase more than one promo to earn more points?

You must register to only one exclusive GCash promo to be eligible for the double points. Succeeding promo purchase will not get double points.

I want to send the GCash promo to a different number, can I do this? Who will get the double points?

You can use the GCash promo to your own number or send it to others. Your number will be the one to receive the double points as long as it’s your first-time to purchase an exclusive GCash promo via the GCash app.

How do I receive bonus Rewards points and how many points do I receive?

You will earn bonus Rewards points when you download the GCash app, register and verify your GCash account and purchase an exclusive promo via the GCash app.

When will I receive my rewards points?

You will receive your bonus points within 7 working days upon successful registration and purchase of GCash exclusive promos via the GCash app. You will also receive text notifications from 4438 that your points have been seeded to you.

When will the points expire?

Points earned for this campaign are valid until  August 25, 2021.

Can I receive the rewards points multiple times?

No, you will receive the bonus points once upon download of app and registration to an exclusive promo.

What will I do if I don't receive my bonus points within 7 working days?

You may course your concerns via GCash's Live Chat. To access the Live Chat, go to the main menu of the GCash app and go to the Help Center. Scroll down until you see a Chat icon on the lower right side of your screen. Click on the Chat icon and then click on the Live Chat button.

I did not get the promo text, can I still join the promo and get points?

Unfortunately, only those who received the promo text will be eligible to join the promo and receive bonus Rewards points.
