What is the Globe Rewards program?

The Globe Rewards Program is our way of granting special treats to you for your continued loyal use of Globe or TM products and services.

Who are qualified to join the program?

Consumer Postpaid, Prepaid and TM accounts are automatically enrolled in the program.

How do I earn Globe Rewards points?

If you're a Globe Prepaid or TM customer, your points are computed based on your top-up. If you're a Postpaid customer, your points are computed based on your total monthly bill.

There could also be other special promos/offers that gives out bonus points as reward, so watchout!

What can I redeem using my Globe Rewards points?

There are lots of choices!

a. You use your points to redeem your favorite mobile data, call & text promos such as:

Globe Prepaid – Facebook, GoSurf, GoUnli, FB Messenger and more

TM – Facebook, GoSurf, FB Messenger, Combo promos and more Postpaid – Facebook, GoSurf, GoWatch, and other Content offers.

b. You may use your points as cash at the following partner establishments:

KFC, BENCH, Marks & Spencer, Jamba Juice, Ayala Cinemas and more.

c. You may convert your points to SM Advantage Card points for more shopping credits at SM Stores and affiliate brands.

d. You may convert your points to AirAsia BIG points for tickets to must see travel destinations.

How can I redeem these rewards?

For convenient redemption anytime, download the Globe Rewards app via Google Play or App store and click on the Rewards section to view the list of offers you can get using your points. Choose your desired reward and tap redeem to proceed with your transaction.

You may also redeem your favorite promo via SMS. Example: REDEEM and send to 4438.

You may also explore *143# and choose Globe Rewards.

How can I check my points balance?

Go to the Globe Rewards app to immediately check your points balance.

Or via SMS, text BAL and send to 4438.

Why can’t I redeem?

Make sure you have enough points for the item that you want to redeem. Your SIM should also be active with network connection.

Can I still redeem even if I have an overdue balance?

Yes, you can still enjoy hassle-free redemption of your chosen rewards item.

Is there a maximum number of transactions for redemption?

You can have a maximum of 3 successful transactions per day.

For INTERNAL Globe view only:

a. 10,000 points for points as cash transactions per day for all brands

b. 1,500 points or 3x successful REDEEM (Telco Promo or Convert) transactions per day for Postpaid

c. 500 points or 3x successful REDEEM (Telco Promo or Convert) transactions per day for Prepaid and TM

Can I share or pool my points?

No, sharing and pooling of points is currently not allowed.

Can I redeem points with decimals?

No. Use of points should be whole number.

How come there are items I can’t find in the app or in the catalog?

We regularly update our catalog to offer you the newest rewards. Download the Globe Rewards app to get instant updates on our newest offers.

Will my points expire?

Yes. Points earned in 2018 are only valid for redemption only until March 31, 2019. Points earned in 2019 are still valid until next year, March 31, 2020. You may choose to use some or all of your points at once.

Why we were not informed sooner about the points expiry date?

The points expiry has been consistently communicated in all of our messages.

I did not receive any notification that you will expire my Jan-Dec 2018 points. How come you suddenly expired my unused points?

Sir/Ma’am, it is the program policy that all points earned during the previous year, from January to December, will be valid for redemption until March 31 of the succeeding year only. We have consistently communicated these to you through our messages via mobile phone (SMS), social media and through partners.

How much points will be deducted from my account due to the expiration of 2018 points?

Sir/Ma’am, as per checking in our system, XXX.XX from your total points is valid for redemption until March 31, 2019 only. These points, if unused, will expire on April 1, 2019, 12:00AM.

How can you guarantee customers that you are expiring the correct points and are not expiring our 2019 earned points as well?

Our system automatically tracks each point earned and redeemed for a period of time. Reports are generated to our internal audit department to ensure that we protect the interest of our customers.

It’s not fair that you are expiring the points I earned. Return my points!

Sorry Ma’am/Sir, but your request is not possible since the expiry of points is part of the program’s terms and conditions. You may use your points earned from Jan 1 to December 31, 2019 until March 31, 2020.
