How do I know if I am a member of MyRewards MyGlobe?

If you are a Globe/TM customer, you are automatically enrolled to this program. There's no need to register or apply!

I don't want to receive notifications/SMS alerts from MyRewards MyGlobe, but I want to be part of the program. What will I do?

Just text STOP to 4438. P1 minimum balance required to send this message for free. 


Remember that stopping your text alerts will also disable all your SMS transactions to 4438. You will still continue earning points, but you need to opt-in the program if you want to redeem a reward or transact with 4438.

I opted-out of MyRewards MyGlobe before. Can I join again?

Of course, you still can! To join again, simply text YES to 4438. P1 minimum balance required to send this message for free.

When will my points expire?

All unredeemed points by end year will be forfeited by March 31 of the succeeding year. You may redeem rewards no later than March 30 to avoid forfeiture of points.

Can I convert my points to cash?

Points may be used to redeem rewards of your choice from our rewards catalog.

How come I can't redeem rewards?

Please make sure that you:


  • Text the correct syntax for redemption.
    • Text REDEEM ITEMCODE to 4438. P1/transaction.
    • If PIN is activated: Text REDEEM ITEMCODE PIN to 4438. P1/transaction.

  • Have at least P1 balance for the redemption transaction.
  • Have not opted-out of the program.
    • Text YES to 4438 to opt-in MyRewards MyGlobe.


  • Have sufficient points to redeem the reward you choose.
    • Text BAL to 4438 to check available points. P1/transaction.
    • Text ITEMS to 4438 to check rewards and corresponding points required. P1 minimum balance required to send this message for free.


  • Choose the rewards that are currently being offered in the rewards catalog.
    • Text ITEMS to 4438 for the complete list of rewards. P1 minimum balance required to send this message for free.


There are cases that MyRewards. MyGlobe. is unavailable due to system maintenance and upgrade. When this happens, call 211 and our Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you.

Can I ask someone to receive my reward for me when it is delivered?

Yes, your authorized representative may receive the reward in your behalf. Just prepare the following:


  • Authorization letter with your signature
  • Your valid ID (driver's license, SSS ID, company ID, passport)
  • Authorized person's valid ID (driver's license, SSS ID, company ID, passport)

Can I cancel my redemption requests?

Sorry, but you may not be able to cancel successful redemption requests.

The reward I received has a defect and I want to have it fixed. What will I do?

Please call the manufacturer of the reward item you received to assist you with your concerns. You may call 211 if you need further assistance.

I am a Globe Prepaid customer, can I transfer points to a TM customer and vice versa?

Yes, you may share points with TM customers and vice versa.

Can I also transfer points to a Globe Postpaid customer and vice versa?

Points may be used to redeem rewards of your choice from our rewards catalog.

How come I could not transfer points to another mobile number?

Sharing of Points is temporarily unavailable until futher notice.
