When will I receive my rewards points?
You will receive your points within 7 working days upon download and registration to the GlobeOne app. You'll also receive 2 text notifications from 4438 that points have been credited to your Globe Rewards account.

You can use your points to redeem rewards in the GlobeOne app or Globe Rewards app. To know more where you can use your points,visit https://www.globe.com.ph/help/rewards. Points earned for this campaign will expire on March 31, 2022.
Can I receive the rewards points multiple times?
No, you'll only receive the points once. Make sure to download and register your number during the promo period to get the 50 points.
What will I do if I don’t receive my points within 7 working days?
You may contact our digital channels such as Globe One’s Help & Support section or you may visit Globe Rewards app and look for the Contact Us section under Help & Support menu and click on your preferred channel to reach us.
What will I do If I encounter an error while downloading the app and registering my mobile number?
Make sure your internet connection is stable before downloading the GlobeOne app.
