What's the promo about?
From June 3 to June 30, 2021, all Postpaid customers with a registered account to the GlobeOne app will get bonus rewards points when they complete missions within the GlobeOne app.
Customers may download and register via https://glbe.co/globe-one or on Google Play Store or App Store.
How do I receive rewards points and how many points?
You will earn points for completing missions inside the Rewards and Freebies section of the GlobeOne app. These missions and their corresponding points are:
Globe Postpaid Missions:

What are the benefits of using GlobeOne?
With the GlobeOne app, you can manage your account/s all in one place, conveniently pay your bills, track your data usage, request for account changes, get access to in-app exclusive promos or events, and many more. You may download the app at https://glbe.co/globe-one.
How will I know if I still have an active or I've already completed a mission?
Missions that you have yet to complete can be seen under Active Tab. Once done, you may see it under Completed Tab.
When will I receive my rewards points?
You will receive your points within 7 working days upon completion of a mission or on the following dates. You will also receive 2 text notifications from 4438 that points have been credited to your Globe Rewards account.

First SMS
You have earned XX Globe Rewards point/s. Your points balance as of today is XX. Download the Globe Rewards app via http://glbe.co/GRewardsApp to know the list of items you can redeem and partner stores where you can use your points as cash.
Second SMS
You've received your XX bonus Globe Rewards points for completing GlobeOne missions from [date] to [date]. Bonus Rewards points will expire on April 1, 2022. Check the Globe Rewards app via glbe.co/GRewardsApp to know the list of partner stores where you can use your points.
Will my points be credited on the GlobeOne or Globe Rewards app?
Your bonus rewards points will be credited within 7 working days in the Globe Rewards app. You may also view your available points balance using the GlobeOne app or Globe Rewards app.
Where can I use my points?
You can use your points to redeem rewards in the GlobeOne app or Globe Rewards app. To know more where you can use your points, visit https://www.globe.com.ph/help/rewards.
When will the points expire and will I be notified?
Points earned for this campaign are valid until March 31, 2022 and will expire on April 1, 2022. Yes, you will receive a notification prior to points expiration.
I already did some of the missions but using text, *143#, am I still eligible to receive rewards points if I did it the first-time in GlobeOne?
Yes as long as it is your first time to do the mission via GlobeOne, you're still eligible to receive the Rewards points.
Can I receive the rewards points multiple times?
Yes, you will receive bonus Rewards points as long as you complete the missions in the GlobeOne app.
What will I do if I don't receive my points within 7 working days?
You may contact our digital channels such as GlobeOne's Help & Support section or you may visit Globe Rewards app and look for the Contact Us section under Help & Support menu and click on your preferred channel to reach us.
What will I do If I encounter an error while completing the missions?
Make sure your internet connection is stable when completing the missions. If you are still encountering problems, message us on Facebook at m.me/globeph.
Can I complete more than one mission and should it be in specific order?
Yes, you may complete as many missions as you like within the promo duration. The more missions you complete, the more rewards points you earn. You may choose and complete any mission in no particular order within the promo duration.
