What's the Doble Points, Doble Diskarte promo about?
Home Prepaid WiFi customers get double points when they load and/or avail Home Prepaid WiFi promos within the promo period March 15 - 29, 2021. Home Prepaid WiFi customers must also be registered to the Globe Rewards app in order to get the bonus points. Share-A-Load and Share-A-Promo not included.
Who is entitled to the promo?
Eligible Home Prepaid WiFi customers who:
- will load and/or avail Home Prepaid WiFi promos within the promo period. Note: P50 is equivalent 1point
- AND are new and existing Globe Rewards app users within the promo period
Where to load and/or avail Home Prepaid WiFi Promos?
- Customers can load via GCash, Sari Sari Stores, Bank transfer and GlobeOne app.
- Customers can avail Home Prepaid WiFi Promos via Globe At Home app, GlobeOne app, Facebook Messenger, AMAX stores ( Puregold, etc. ) and online partners (Shopee, Lazada, Grab, etc)
How do I receive rewards points and how many points do I receive?
You will earn double the points when you load and/or avail Home Prepaid WiFi promos within the promo period.

When will I receive my rewards points?
You will receive your bonus points within 7 working days upon loading a promos or on below dates.

Customers will receive text from 4438 via the Home Prepaid WiFi Dashboard that points have been credited. Below are the messages.

You have earned XX Globe Rewards point/s. Your points balance as of today is XX. Points earned in 2021 are only valid for redemption until 03/31/2022. Download the Globe Rewards app via http://glbe.co/GRewardsApp to know the list of items you can redeem and partner stores where you can use your points as cash.

Napadala na ang iyong Globe Rewards points mula sa Doble Points, Doble Diskarte promo! Mag-load at mag-avail pa ng Home Prepaid WiFi promos para makakuha ng mas maraming points! You can use your points to redeem any reward in the Globe Rewards app at glbe.co/GRewardsApp.
Points earned for this campaign will expire on March 31, 2022.

Can I receive the rewards points multiple times?
Yes, you will receive points as long as you keep on loading and availing Home Prepaid WiFi promos and are registered to the Globe Rewards app within the promo period.
What will I do if I don't receive my points within 7 working days?
You may contact us through our digital channels such as Globe’s Facebook Messenger page (m.me/globeph). You may report your concern through Globe At Home app. Just go to Help & Support, tap Send us an Email and select Vouchers and Rewards.
