What is the promo all about?

Enjoy treats from McDonald’s via eGift codes to purchase food items through the GlobeOne app.

All Globe and TM consumer accounts that are eligible (Platinum, Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, TM, Home Prepaid WiFi and Globe At Home Postpaid).

Please note that the required rewards points, voucher offer/s and promo duration are subject to change. Make sure to check the GlobeOne app to know the partner’s current rewards and promo offer.

Which McDonald's branch can I use these codes?

You may claim your treats at any McDonald's store nationwide and within the Philippines only. This is valid for dine-in or take-out orders only and not for McDonald's Drive-Thru, Dessert Centres, McDelivery or Kiosks.

How do I claim treats via GlobeOne?

Step 1: Download the GlobeOne app via Apple or Play Store or App Gallery

Step 2:

  1. Download via Play store, App Gallery or App store and/or open the GlobeOne app.
  2. Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: Mcdonald’s
  3. Click Next then Redeem
  4. Wait for the confirmation from 4438. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the 4438 message, from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu, click View voucher section.

Can I send this as a gift via Rewards?

Yes! You will see a Send as Gift button on the GlobeOne app.

I have multiple mobile numbers registered in my GlobeOne app. How do I know which number will receive the unique treats code?

The mobile number you used to access your GlobeOne app will be the one to receive 4438.

What are the limitations of the promo?

  1. McDonald's treats codes are valid for redemption 60 days after the end of the promo period.
  2. Customers will receive a text from 4438 to confirm the successful payment of Globe Rewards Points.
  3. Customers have to present the text with the McDonald’s treats code for verification and release of the item.
  4. One (1) code is equivalent to one (1) treat and is valid for one (1) time use only.
  5. Claiming must be done within the validity period at any McDonald's store nationwide.
  6. Redemption is valid for front counter dine-in or take-out orders only. Not valid for Drive-Thru, Dessert Centres, McDelivery or Kiosks.
  7. A maximum redemption of three (3) McDonald's treats codes per customer, per transaction, per store visit, per day will be allowed. Globe Rewards redemptions are limited to 3 transactions per day.
  8. The McDonald's treats codes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
  9. The McDonald's treats codes are not valid in conjunction with any on-going promotions or discounts of McDonald's.
  10. The McDonald's treats code is not valid in conjunction with any on-going promotions or discounts of McDonald's.
  11. Globe is not liable to offer a replacement code for codes that are used or expired
  12. Globe and Share Treats Terms and Conditions will still apply

I did not receive my unique code. What should I do?

If you’ve successfully redeemed the voucher, you may click the View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu.

The McDonald's store is not accepting my code, what should I do?

Codes that are invalid expired and already used/claimed will not be honored by McDonald's.

If the store is offline or unable to process codes for validation, you may try to claim the desired McDonald's item at the next nearest branch of McDonald's. You may also reach out to Share Treats customer service (02) 8994 0446 for concerns and clarifications.

What if I didn’t receive or accidentally deleted the message from 8080 and points already were deducted?
