Globe Missions and Bonus Rewards points
What is this promo about?
Globe Prepaid, TM, and Home Prepaid WiFi customers who complete tasks or missions (select transactions) via the GlobeOne app will earn bonus Rewards points from October 6 to October 31, 2022.
You will receive your points upon completion of a mission within 24 hours. You will also receive a notification from 4438 that points have been seeded/credited to your Globe Rewards account.

What are the missions or transactions I need to complete within the New GlobeOne app to receive the bonus points?

I already bought load and promo via text or *143#, am I still eligible to receive rewards points if I did the missions first-time via the GlobeOne app?
Yes, as long as it is your first time to do the mission via the GlobeOne app and within the promo period, you're still eligible to receive the Rewards points.
How will I know if I still have an active mission or I’ve already completed a mission?
You'll will receive Rewards points and a notification from 4438 within 24 hours that you've completed a mission and points have been seeded/credited to your Globe Rewards account.
To view your available points balance via the GlobeOne app under Accounts then tap View Points.
When will the points expire?
Points earned from October missions are valid within 30 days. You'll also receive a notification prior to its expiration so make use of your points to redeem any reward in the GlobeOne app. To know more where you can use your points, visit https://www.globe.com.ph/help/rewards
Do I need to complete the missions in a specific order?
You may choose and complete any mission or as many missions as you like in no particular order within the promo duration except for the download and registration mission. The more missions you complete, the more rewards points you earn.
Will I receive bonus points if I do a mission more than once?
A customer can only do each mission once. Example: If you have completed a BUY LOAD mission and received bonus points, your next BUY LOAD transaction will no longer earn bonus points. If you chose to buy a load or promo for another person, the points will be seeded to the mobile number where you processed the mission.
I enrolled more than one mobile number in my GlobeOne profile, if I do the missions per mobtel/account, will I receive bonus points?
Yes you will as long as it's the first transaction within the mission period.
What would I do if I didn't receive my points upon completion of a mission?
You may contact our digital channels or via Globe’s Facebook page.

Terms and Conditions:
- Customers eligible for the promo can get the bonus Rewards points more than once for the entire promo duration as long as they complete the missions.
- Customers can only do each mission once and will only receive bonus points for each mission once.
- Customers can choose to complete any mission in no particular order.
- Customers who successfully complete missions inside the GlobeOne app will receive a text message from 4438 to notify them of the points earned or credited to their Globe Rewards account upon completion of a mission. Bonus points will be seeded within 24 hours.
- Bonus Rewards points received from this promo can be used to redeem any reward via the New GlobeOne app.
