Download and register/ enroll mobile/account number to the New GlobeOne App
Download and register/enroll your prepaid mobile or Home Prepaid WiFi number to the New GlobeOne app for the first time. If you don’t have a New GlobeOne app, they may download and register on Google Play Store, App Store or App Gallery
First Buy Promo
Buy a promo within the New GlobeOne app for the first time or once within the promo period
First Buy Load
Buy load or top-up within the New GlobeOne app for the first time or once within the promo period
First redemption of a Non-Telco Reward OR First-time to Pay with Points via QR
First time redemption of a non-telco reward (digital vouchers, donation, exclusive discounts) or first- time to pay with points via the New GlobeOne app for the first time or once within the promo period
Yes, as long as it is your first time to do the mission via the New GlobeOne app and within the promo period, you're still eligible to receive the Rewards points.
You will receive Rewards points and a notification from 4438 that you've completed a mission and points have been seeded/credited to your Globe Rewards account.
To view your available points balance via the New GlobeOne app under Accounts then tap View Points.
Points earned from June 10 to June 30 are valid until July 31, 2022 while points earned starting July 1 are valid within 30 days. You'll also receive a notification prior to its expiration so make use of your points to redeem any reward in the New GlobeOne app. To know more where you can use your points, visit https://www.globe.com.ph/help/rewards
You may choose and complete any mission or as many missions as you like in no particular order within the promo duration except for the download and registration mission. The more missions you complete, the more rewards points you earn.
A customer can only do each mission once. Example: If you have completed a BUY LOAD mission and received bonus points, your next BUY LOAD transaction will no longer earn bonus points. If you chose to buy a load or promo for another person, the points will be seeded to the mobile number where you processed the mission.
Yes you will as long as it's the first transaction within the mission period.

- Customers eligible for the promo can get the bonus Rewards points more than once for the entire promo duration as long as they complete the missions.
- Customers can only do each mission once and will only receive bonus points for each mission once.
- Customers can choose to complete any mission in no particular order.
- Customers who successfully complete missions inside the New GlobeOne app will receive a text message from 4438 to notify them of the points earned or credited to their Globe Rewards account upon completion of a mission. Bonus points will be seeded within 24 hours.
- Bonus Rewards points received from this promo can be used to redeem any reward via the New GlobeOne app.
