To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:

  • Open the New GlobeOne app and log in to your account.
  • Select Pick A Roo voucher offer.
  • Review the details and 100 points will be deducted.
  • Tap REDEEM NOW or Send as Gift to proceed with your redemption.
  • Receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app from 4438.

Where and How to use the promo code?

To use the code, please follow below steps:

  • Download Pick.A.Roo in your Play/App Store. 
  • Click on the 'Account' Tab to register an account.
  • Fill in your details, then click 'Agree and Register'.
  • Add item to cart then proceed to checkout.
  • Place the Pick.a.roo e-Gift code redeemed from New GlobeOne app in the 'Use Promo or Voucher' tab.

How will I know if I've successfully redeemed the offer in the New GlobeOne app??

You'll get confirmation messages from 4438 with the voucher code.

If you are able to successfully redeem via the New GlobeOne app, kindly text VOUCHERINFO to 4438. You'll receive a confirmation message from 4438 indicating the 8-digits code with the unique link where you can use your voucher.
