Where and When are the promo codes valid?

Voucher can only be used at the PureGo website, https://purego.ph/ upon checkout and is valid 60 days after the redemption from the New GlobeOne app.

Where and How to redeem the PureGo vouchers?

To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:

  1. Open the New GlobeOne app and log in to your account.
  2. Select preferred PureGo voucher offer.
  3. Review the details and corresponding points will be deducted.
  4. Tap REDEEM NOW or Send as Gift to proceed with your redemption.
  5. Receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and two (2) text messages from 4438 and 8080 with a code and a link to https://purego.ph/

Where and How to use the promo code?

To use the code, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://purego.ph and log in to your account. Register to create an account.
  2. Select the items intended for purchase. No minimum purchase/order required.
  3. Upon checkout, indicate the shipping address.
  4. Enter the promo code at the Discount Code box provided.
  5. Select Continue to Shipping.
  6. Select your payment option and click Continue.

How to redeem a voucher via the New GlobeOne app?

  1. Download and Register to New GlobeOne app
  2. For new users, add your mobile number or account. If you've already added an account, choose the mobile number that you’ll use for redemption
  3. View your account details via the dashboard menu
  4. Check your account under Rewards points. If you have enough points to redeem, click the > button
  5. Under "What are you looking for?" tab, you may enter the specific offer you want or scroll down the list of available offers or tap View All rewards. All offers that you can redeem will be shown
  6. Choose the offer you want. Make sure to read through the promo description then click Next.
  7. Once decided, click the Redeem button
  8. A successful page will be shown once done. Wait for the text confirmation from 4438 to know how to claim and enjoy your voucher offer.

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, you may go to your account details from the dashboard menu and check View pocket.

How to claim and use the voucher?

For those with 4338 message:

  1. Upon receipt, check the unique link from the text confirmation
  2. Open the link and you’ll be redirected to the partner’s website
  3. Before checking out, apply the code to get the discount
  4. Enjoy your reward!

For Globe At Home customers:

  1. Open your New GlobeOne app
  2. Tap on the mobile number you used for redemption
  3. View your account details on the menu then tap View Pocket
  4. Check your redeemed offers under Vouchers section
  5. Tap the specific voucher and copy the code
  6. Use the code in the partner’s app or website
  7. Enjoy your reward!

How will I know if I've successfully redeemed the offer in the New GlobeOne app?

You'll get confirmation messages from 4438 and 8080. Confirmation message from 8080 with a promo code and link to PureGo.

I don't have a New GlobeOne app yet and I’m using text or *143#, can I still redeem the offers?

We recommend you to download the Globe Rewards app or New GlobeOne to fully enjoy your discounted and updated offers.

What do I do if I didn't receive a text notification for my code from 8080, can I still get my code?

  • Customers that have successful redemption via the Globe Rewards app may text GOSHOP STATUS and send to 8080.
  • Customers may receive confirmation messages from 8080 indicating the 8-digit code.

What do I do if the text I received from Go SHOP STATUS from 8080 says that I don't have active promo codes or voucher codes?
