How to redeem a voucher via the GlobeOne app?

  1. Download via Play store, App store, App Gallery and/or open the GlobeOne app.
  2. Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: Razer
  3. Click Next then Redeem
  4. Wait for the confirmation notification, along with a message from 4438 containing the unique code.

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, you may go to your account details from the dashboard menu and check the View voucher.

Where and How to use the eGift code?

To use the eGift code, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://giftaway.ph/razergold/redemption to get your Razer Gold PIN
  2. Enter the eGift code received from 8080 and other redemption details.
  3. Tap "Redeem" once you finish filling out the redemption form and your Razer PIN will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
  4. Receive you Razer PIN via email or mobile number and use it depending on your needs, either reload your Razer Gold Wallet or direct top up for games via https://gold.razer.com/ 

Where and How to use direct top-up or reload with Razer Gold PIN?

The eGift voucher can only be used at the Razer website or mobile app.


1. Go to https://gold.razer.com/ and log in to your account. Register if you don't have an account yet.


2. After logging in, click the Gold tab then choose Reload Now to Reload Razer Gold Wallet

  • Go to the Reload menu
  • Select Razer PIN on the Payment Method options
  • Enter the PIN under the PIN field
  • Click Next, then enter the verification code sent to your mobile number
  • That's it! You're done. You now have Razer PIN in your account

3. You can use Razer Gold PIN to make a direct top-up if the game supports Razer Gold direct top-up

  • Go to the Razer Gold catalog at https://gold.razer.com/gold/catalog to check if your game accepts Razer Gold direct top-up
  • On the payment page, select Razer Gold PIN (or Direct Top-up)
  • Depending on the game, you may have to log in to your game account or enter your character information
  • Enter your Razer Gold Serial Number and PIN
  • Follow the on-screen instructions
  • Remember to redeem your Razer Silver if you have an existing Razer Gold wallet or simply sign up for one here

How will I know if I've successfully redeemed the offer in the GlobeOne app?

You’ll get a confirmation message from 4438 with a voucher code/unique link or view your account details on the GlobeOne app menu then tap View voucher.

I didn't receive a text notification for my code from 8080, can I still get my code?

Kindly text VOUCHERINFO to 4438. You'll receive a confirmation message from 4438 indicating the 8-digit code with the unique link where you can use your voucher to the partner website or app.

I have accidentally lost/deleted/ not received my voucher code from 4438. What should I do?

If you’ve successfully redeemed the voucher, you may click the View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu.
