How to redeem a voucher via the New GlobeOne app?

  1. Download and Register to New GlobeOne app
  2. For new users, add your mobile number or account. If you've already added an account, choose the mobile number that you’ll use for redemption
  3. View your account details via the dashboard menu
  4. Check your account under Rewards points. If you have enough points to redeem, click the > button
  5. Under "What are you looking for?" tab, you may enter the specific offer you want or scroll down the list of available offers or tap View All rewards. All offers that you can redeem will be shown
  6. Choose the offer you want. Make sure to read through the promo description then click Next.
  7. Once decided, click the Redeem button
  8. A successful page will be shown once done. Wait for the text confirmation from 4438 to know how to claim and enjoy your voucher offer. 

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, you may go to your account details from the dashboard menu and check View pocket.

How to claim and use the voucher?

For those with 4338 message:
  • Upon receipt, check the unique link from the text confirmation
  • Open the link and you'll be redirected to the partner's website
  • Before checking out, apply the code to get the discount
  • Enjoy your reward!

For Globe At Home customers:

  • Open your New GlobeOne app
  • Tap on the mobile number you used for redemption
  • View your account details on the menu then tap View Pocket
  • Check your redeemed offers under Vouchers section
  • Tap the specific voucher and copy the code
  • Use the code in the partner’s app or website
  • Enjoy your reward!

I have a voucher code, how do I use it via Konsulta MD app?

  1. Download the app on Google Play or the App Store.
  2. Register with your mobile number and then create your profile. 
  3. After that, you will receive a pop-up for activation thru voucher code.

Can I apply multiple voucher codes at the same time?

Only one (1) voucher code may be applied on the input field of the voucher code at a time.

Where can I check the list of plans?

I already have an existing KonsultaMD Health Plan. Can I still claim my voucher code?

You can still claim your voucher code given the following conditions:

  • Your existing KonsultaMD Health Plan is the same as the Health Plan the voucher code corresponds to.

Example: Your current Health Plan is the Personal60 Plan and the voucher code also corresponds to a Personal60 Plan


  • Your existing KonsultaMD Health Plan is NOT a recurring subscription and it wasnot purchased on the app using Globe bill/load or credit card as payment method.Note that if the conditions above are not met, the voucher code will not be accepted by the system.

How many attempts do I have to input a voucher code?

You have three (3) attempts to input your voucher code. If you enter an invalid voucher code three (3) consecutive times, the voucher code field will automatically be disabled and you may only try inputting your voucher code again after 24 hours.

I received a specialist voucher code. How do I use it?

If I change my mobile number, what will happen to my KonsultaMD Health Plan?

Your Health Plan may get suspended, so we encourage you to contact our Wellness Representatives through our hotline: (02) 7798 8000 or email us at [email protected] You can also chat with us through our Facebook page

Can I still use KonsultaMD service even if my mobile number is temporarily disconnected?

You can still use the service through the hotline: (02) 7798 8000, within thirty (30) days from the date we charged your postpaid bill. After thirty (30) days, if your mobile number is still disconnected, your Health Plan will be suspended.

I accidentally purchased the wrong KonsultaMD Health Plan, can I still get a refund?

We have a No Refund Policy on valid registered transactions. Please ensure that you choose the correct KonsultaMD Health Plan.

Can I change or upgrade my Health Plan in the middle of an existing membership plan?

You can change your Health Plan through the app. See instructions below:



I want to cancel my KonsultaMD Health Plan. How do I cancel it?

You can cancel your health plan through the app. Go to the Subscription page of the app then CLICK HERE to cancel your health plan

When can I start consulting with a doctor?

For plans purchased through the app or website:

  • Your membership immediately starts as soon as your payment has been successfully confirmed.

For plans purchased or received through e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and KUMUYour membership starts as soon as you receive a text from KonsultaMD confirming the activation of your Health Plan. It normally takes up to 48 hours for your Health Plan to be activated.
