How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app and claim code?

Download via Play store, App store, App Gallery and/or open the GlobeOne app.
Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: Lazada
Click Next then Redeem
Wait for the confirmation from 4438. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the 4438 message, you may go directly to the View voucher section.

To claim, follow the steps below:

Check the View Voucher for the redeemed Lazada offer
If the code is via an egift link, copy the link and paste it to the mobile browser. If it’s a voucher code, you may enter the code at partner’s app or website prior checkout.

Where can I see my Laz Wallet Top-Up?

You may visit the Lazada Website www.lazada.com.ph or download the Lazada app and log-in using the same e-mail you provided to Giftaway during Wallet Top-Up redemption. The top-up should be credited within 24 hours.

Until when are eGift codes valid?

The eGift codes are valid at least 60 days upon redemption

I am asked to fill-out the Cash-In Form but I don’t want to provide my details. Can I just wait for the code to be replenished?

Yes. You can try to refresh or reopen the link by to get your code usable in the Lazada mobile app/website.

What are the restrictions?

The eGift code can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
The eGift code is not valid in conjunction with any on-going promotions or discounts of the partner merchants.
Globe is not liable to offer a replacement code for codes that are used or expired
