What is this Shopee promo about?

Globe Postpaid, Prepaid, TM, Globe At Home and Home Prepaid WiFi customers who downloaded the Globe Rewards app with enough points can redeem 100 Shopee vouchers for 100 pts during the promo validity period from March 25 to 31, and only for 80pts during Flash Deal Wednesday on March 24, 2021.

Where is the promo code valid and until when?

A promo code is valid to use at the Shopee website or Shopee app. The code is valid until May 31, 2021.

How do I redeem the Shopee voucher on the Globe Rewards app?

  1. Open the Globe Rewards app and choose your desired offer.
  2. Tap REDEEM to proceed with your transaction.
  3. After you've successfully submitted your redemption transaction, you will receive a submission confirmation notice; followed by two (2) text messages.
  4. For Globe Postpaid, Prepaid and TM customers, you will receive a confirmation message from 4438, and one from 8080 with a promo code and link to https://shopee.ph/
  5. For Home Prepaid WiFi and Globe At Home Postpaid customers, you will receive push notification on your mobile device or in the Globe At Home modem dashboard from 4438 indicating that the voucher will be available in the Globe At Home app within 3 days after redeeming the voucher to the Globe Rewards app. Go to My Voucher and claim your voucher code by copying and using it on the Shopee app or Shopee website.

How do I enter a promo code on the Shopee app or Shopee website?

  1. Receive the Shopee eGift via text from 8080.
  2. Open the eGift link and taps Show Code button once ready to use.
  3. Tap the Copy Code button to have the code ready as input on the app’s voucher code section.
  4. Open Shopee app to search for items to purchase.
  5. Add an item to their cart for checking out.
  6. Checks items on cart and proceed to checkout by pressing the Check out button.
  7. Check order details then goes to Shopee Voucher to enter the voucher code.
  8. Enters or pastes copied code from Giftaway link.
  9. Apply the voucher code and taps Place Order to complete the purchase.
  10. Order placed. You may check order status on the My Purchases tab on the Me page on the Shopee app.

If I already entered the promo code and the order was canceled either by customer or driver, can I still use the code?

No, you can no longer use the code again. If the driver cancelled the order, kindly email [email protected] or customer may contact us through our digital channels such as Globe's Facebook Messenger with the screenshot of the cancelled transaction for further validation.

What are the limitations of this promo?

  1. Customers may only redeem once during Flash Deal Wednesday on March 24 via the Globe Rewards app only.
  2. Customers may redeem multiple times as long as within the promo validity period (from March 25-31, 2021) and with enough points via the Globe Rewards app only.
  3. Promo codes are not transferable and redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other promo codes or any other offer or discounts or promotions.
  4. Globe is not liable to offer a replacement code for codes that are used or expired.
  5. Voucher can only be redeemed via the Globe Rewards app.
  6. After redemption, customers may only claim the promo code at the Shopee website or Shopee app.
  7. This promo offer is subject to the transaction cap of five (5) rewards transactions per day per customer except for BUY or Points-As-Cash transactions.
  8. For Flash Deal Day (every Wednesday), sending and/or receiving gift voucher/s in the Globe Rewards app will be temporarily unavailable.
  9. For Promo Week offers, sending /receiving gift voucher/s of Reinvent Rewards campaign via text or *143# is temporarily not allowed.

I don't have a Globe Rewards app yet and I'm using text or *143# during your Flash Deal Day (every Wednesday), can I still get these discounted offers?

We recommend you to download the Globe Rewards app to fully enjoy your discounted and updated offers. You may still use text or *143# for gifting and redeeming but discount offers might not be applied.

What do I do if I didn't receive a text notification for my code from 8080, can I still get my code and use it during Flash Deal Wednesday (March 24)?

  1. Globe Postpaid, Prepaid and TM customers that have successful redemption via the Globe Rewards app may text GOSHOP STATUS and send to 8080.
  2. Customers may receive confirmation messages from 8080 indicating the 8-digit code.
  3. After receiving a text message from 8080, customer may open the web browser to type-in *glbe.ph/*[8-digit code] and enter. Customer redirects to the confirmation page to the Giftaway page. To proceed, customers may check "I'm not a robot".
  4. Customer will be redirected to the Giftaway page, wherein the customer may click the 'show code' button to copy and paste to the partner’s website or app.

What will the Home Prepaid WiFi /Globe At Home customer do if she/he didn't receive a message from 4438 or the voucher code is not available in the Globe At Home app?

Make sure your Globe At Home app is updated to the latest version and check the following:


  1. Go to My Voucher in your Globe At Home app ( voucher will be sent within 3 days from redemption).
  2. In case  no voucher code is  received beyond 3 days, customers may report your concern through Globe At Home app. Just go to Help & Support, tap Send us an Email and select Vouchers and Rewards.

What do I do if the text I received from Go SHOP STATUS from 8080 says that I don't have active promo codes or voucher codes?

Sorry, if you've missed the discounted Flash Deal offer. You may check the other list of offers in the Globe Rewards app but discount offers might not be applied.
