This is only open to select loyal Globe Prepaid/TM customers who are still using non-LTE devices.

Who is entitled to the promo?

The promo is open to pre-selected customers who’ll receive the promo code. 

How do you claim e-gift Codes?

To claim the e-Gift codes, you must: 


  • Click the link in the text and you’ll be redirected to the Globe Rewards App
  • Redeem the offer in exchange for 1 reward point
  • You’ll receive text confirming the redemption of the rewards and another one indicating the unique link
  • Click on the link in the text to get the unique code which can be used in Globe’s Official Store in Shopee app

How long is this promo?

The promo will run from July 24 until Aug.15, 2020. Valid for one-time purchase of one device only per customer within the promo period.

Where are e-Gift Codes valid?

The e-Gift codes will only be valid in Globe’s Official Store in Shopee and must be used only via the Shopee App.

When are e-Gift Codes valid?

The e-Gift codes will be valid from July 24 until Aug 15, 2020.

What are the restrictions?

  • The promo is only open to customers who’ll receive the promo code
  • The promo code is:
    • Available for Huawei Y5 2019 and Oppo A5s only sold in Globe’s official store in Shopee
    • Valid for single device purchase per customer only
    • Only be valid within the duration of the promo Aug 15, 2020.

I wasn’t able to enter the voucher code and was able to proceed to check-out? Can I still cancel the wrong order?

Yes, make sure to cancel your order within an hour. If you wish to re-order, make sure to enter the unique voucher code prior check-out.


If cancellation is made beyond an hour, the request has to be approved by the seller (Globe). For orders that have been shipped out, cancellation orders will not be accommodated.

You may chat the official Globe Shop in Shopee for any concerns.

I did not get the message containing the voucher code, how can I get it?

You can text GOSHOP STATUS to 8080 and will receive a reply message containing the code.  In case this still does not work, you can chat at the official Globe Shop in Shopee to raise the concern.

I accidentally deleted the message containing the voucher code, how can I get it again?

You can text GOSHOP STATUS to 8080 and will receive a reply message containing the code.
