You may purchase the ticket for ₱999 at https://www.tickelo.com/. You need to create a Tickelo account to have this processed.

What are the steps in creating the Tickelo account?

Step 1: Sign up for an account on www.tickelo.com
Step 2: Search for the event of your choice
Step 3: Pick your seat/s, and how many
Step 4: Pay for your tickets online or over the counter
Step 5: Check your email or Tickelo profile for your QR code.

Is there a free SIM xR merchandising item that is included in the ticket?

None, the ₱ 999.00 covers one (1) ticket / ticket code only + the Sugoi exclusive kit.

What are the inclusions in the Sugoi exclusive kit?

Each Sugoi kit includes:

Eco bag
Tumbler
ID Lanyard
Sugoi sticker
Sugoi bottle cap

I purchased the ticket, when can I expect my Sugoi kit?

Globe will send the Sugoi kits to the address you registered at the portal when you purchased a ticket. Shipping will start on October 25, 2022. Delivery of physical prizes is free of charge.

25 working days for Metro Manila
30 working days for Luzon
35 working days for Visayas and Mindanao

The exclusive Sugoi items I received are damaged. What should I do?

Please send the photos of the damaged prize to promos@globe.com.ph and we will conduct an investigation together with our partner courier.

Note: Video-On-Demand of “SiM xR Live” viewing period is valid for 24 hours upon the first play.For example if you click the “Play” button at 5:00 PM of October 1, 2022, you only have until 5:00 PM of October 2, 2022 to finish the VOD. The ticket code can only be used once.

What is the SiM xR Rewards Flash Deal?

Globe and SiM brings us an immersive experience with "Virtual Production Systems".

xR Live is a system used for online live performances by major global artists, but it will be an extremely groundbreaking initiative to be fully introduced to a paid live streaming by Japanese artist SiMsXR LiVE on various platforms in Japan and other countries.

Who can join?

Open to all Globe Rewards customers nationwide.

Until when is Rewards Flash Deal?

The flash deal will run for 1 day only on October 1, 2022.

How many tickets will be dispensed?

First 100 Rewards customers will receive 1 e-ticket code to watch the VOD of SiM xR Live. The e-ticket code will be used to stream the concert at Virtual Hangouts.

How to redeem?

To get 1 e-ticket to the Sim Xr Live Concert, look for the banner "Flash Deal Sugoi Exclusive: Watch SiM xR Live" and redeem for 5 Rewards points via the new GlobeOne app. Wait for the text from 4438 with the e-ticket voucher code.

To use the code, visit www.globevirtualhangouts.ph and key-in the ticket code received.

Can I still redeem again using the same mobile number?

Unfortunately, you can only avail of this offer again one-time only. The Redeem button in the GlobeOne app will be grayed out once you have already redeemed a ticket via the new GlobeOne app. Please note that one (1) customer can redeem multiple times by using a different mobile number.

How come I'm only allowed once?

We're also giving a chance to other customers who wish to see the concert.

I received the code but I missed streaming the concert, can I get a refund or any compensation?

Globe will not offer any refund or compensation.

Can I stream on multiple devices at the same time?

Each user may only watch from one device. Users will be logged out automatically upon connecting from a secondary device. Streaming is available on both mobile and PC, but each user may only stream on device per account.

How can I watch the concert on a larger external screen?

Users can utilize the mirroring function based on the functions supported by their TVs and mobile devices. Please check the user manuals for more info. If mirroring is not supported, users can connect their computer or mobile devices to a TV via HDMI and enjoy the concert on a bigger screen. Simultaneous access is impossible. In case of simultaneous access, the existing equipment is automatically logged out.

I am streaming on the web, what are the recommended and supported browsers that I can use?

We recommend using the following browsers for optimal viewing experience:

I'm having problems with my stream. What should I do?

The event is best enjoyed when you’re connected to a fast and stable internet connection. If your video experience is not optimal (e.g., buffering, video stopping), consider doing the following:

Disconnect other devices that are connected to the same internet connection.
Stop streaming other content while watching the livestream event.
If you're watching on the website, try refreshing the page.

The livestream platform keeps hanging/lagging. What should I do?

Please connect to a network of at least 20 Mbps or higher for a smooth viewing experience. Public networks may require more than 20 Mbps for the same viewing experience.

I was logged out of my account in the middle of streaming the concert but I was already able to use my event voucher when I first logged in?

Simultaneous access is impossible. In case of simultaneous access, the existing equipment is automatically logged out.- If you leave the page, you may need to get authentication again. Streaming is available on both mobile and PC, but each user may only stream on one device per account. No need to purchase a new ticket – just re-login to resume streaming.

I want to change/ continue watching the concert on my other device. Example: I want to switch my streaming device in the middle of viewing the concert(i.e. started off watching on her phone, but then wants to move to her laptop while the event is ongoing)., what should I do?
