Can I use my Rewards points to convert to SM Advantage points?

Yes! All Globe customers with Globe Rewards points can convert their Globe Rewards Points to SM Advantage Card.

Do you have a promo that I can avail of via the GlobeOne app?

Who is eligible for the promo?

How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app?

Download via Play store, App store, App Gallery and/or open the GlobeOne app.
Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: SMAC
Click Next then Redeem
Wait for the confirmation from 4438 containing the unique code. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the 4438 message, from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu, click View voucher section.

How will I know if I've successfully redeemed the offer in the GlobeOne app?

You’ll get a confirmation message from 4438 with a unique code or click View voucher from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, click View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu to check code.

Enter the code the you received from 4438
Fill out the form with the customer details
Click "Get My SMAC' Button
Confirmation page will appear

When will I get the free SMAC Redemption Kit?

You'll get the other free 5-year SMAC Membership Kit on the same day when you will be claiming your SMAC Kit at the SM Store.

Will I be given a physical SMAC card as well as the one that's free?

Yes, you will be given a smac kit for one that’s free.

Can I still redeem the offers using text or *143# without using GlobeOne app?

We recommend you to download the GlobeOne app to fully enjoy your discounted and updated offers.

I have accidentally lost/deleted/ not received my voucher code from 4438. What should I do?

If you’ve successfully redeemed the voucher, you may click the View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu.

Until when can I claim my redeemed SMAC card?

The voucher code can be still used for registration and card claiming until February 28, 2023 only.

What if I have an existing SMAC card that has just expired or is about to expire, can I still avail of the free SMAC?

Yes, you can still avail the free SMAC membership.

Can I renew my existing SMAC Membership?

Once you apply for membership through this portal, it will automatically generate a new card number which means a new application as well. If you still wish to push through with the new application to avoid costs on the renewal fees, points can be transferred.
