How will I know if I have successfully received rewards?
You will receive a text message from us to let you know your special gift!
Will my points be credited on the New GlobeOne app or Globe Rewards app?
Your earned bonus Rewards points will be credited in the New GlobeOne app. You may also view your available points balance using the Globe Rewards app.
For Retailer double points offer, when will I receive my double Rewards points?
You will receive your double Rewards points within 24 hours upon purchase of Commercial Load products.
Where can I redeem the discounted Commercial LOAD promos?
You can redeem them in the Globe Rewards app only.
When will I receive my bonus Rewards points for Home Prepaid WiFi Suki Rewards offer?
You will receive your bonus Rewards points within 7 working days upon purchase of SURF4ALL99.
How do I claim my LTE Advanced Modem?
For eligible Home Prepaid WiFi customers, your modem will be delivered to your house after the registration via FB chat bot at m.me/globeph during the promo period from September 22 - 30, 2021.
How will I know if I'm eligible for the 1-month VIU voucher?
You will get a text message from GLOBEATHOME informing you that you are eligible for this reward.
How do I claim my voucher?
Upon receiving the text message from GLOBEATHOME, you will need to access the link to open a Globe registration form (that you need to submit from September 30 to October 6, 2021.) so that we can send you the voucher via the Globe At Home app on October 10, 2021. Once redeemed, validity of the voucher is until March 31, 2022.
