Globe customers can enjoy eGift vouchers from True Value, Power Mac Center or Landers when they purchase using their points via the GlobeOne app. Offer is valid from August 31 to December 31, 2022.

Who is entitled to avail of the offer?

To avail of this promo, eligible Globe Postpaid, Platinum, Globe Prepaid, TM and Home Prepaid WiFi customers who have: (a) enough Rewards points in the GlobeOne app and (b) downloaded and registered their account/s in the Globe app.

How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app?

  1. Download via Play store, App store or App Gallery and/or open the GlobeOne app.

  2. Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search the specific partner offer: True Value/ Power Mac Center/ Landers

  3. Click Next then Redeem.

  4. Wait for the confirmation from 4438 containing the unique code. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait f

How to use my voucher?

You may go to the partner website or app then copy and paste the unique code and/or a link received from 4438. Use the code upon checkout to claim the item or just show the voucher code received via text (4438) at any participating partner stores nationwide.

Where to use and when are the voucher codes valid?

You may use your eGift code by presenting it to the store manager or cashier in any partner stores nationwide. eGift code can be claimed immediately or up to 60 days after redemption.

How will I know if I've successfully redeemed the offer in the GlobeOne app?

You’ll get a confirmation message from 4438 with a unique code or click View voucher from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, click View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu to check code.

I don't have GlobeOne app and I'm using text or *143#, can I still redeem the offers?

We recommend you to download the GlobeOne app to fully enjoy your discounted and updated offers.

I have accidentally lost/deleted/ not received my voucher code from 4438. What should I do?

If you’ve successfully redeemed the voucher, you may click the View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu.
