What is the Upstream promo about?

All Globe and TM consumer accounts (Platinum, Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, TM, Home Prepaid WiFi) can enjoy voucher codes from  Upstream using Globe Rewards points until Dec. 31, 2022.

You may use your  Upstream code at the GMovies mobile app or Upstream website and are , valid at least 60 days after the redemption. Please note that points requirement is subject to change so make sure to check the GlobeOne app for the latest points requirement, voucher offer and promo duration.

How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app?

  1. Download via Play store or App store and/or open the GlobeOne app.
  2. Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search Upstream.
  3. Click Next then Redeem.
  4. Wait for the confirmation notification, along with a message from 4438 containing the unique code.

How will I know if I have successfully redeemed?

A text message from 4438 will be sent after a successful redemption. You may also check your redeemed voucher code in the View Vouchers on the GlobeOne app.

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, you may go to your account details from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu and check the View voucher section.

What are the limitations of this offer?

  • The code can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
  • Redemption is valid only in the partner website/mobile app.
  • Globe is not liable to offer a replacement code for codes that are used or expired.
  •  The use of the voucher is subject to Globe and partner’s Terms and Conditions.
