How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app?
- Download via Play store or App store and/or open the GlobeOne app.
- Go to the Redeem Rewards section.
- Choose which account (if with multiple accounts enrolled) to use for the redemption. Then, tap Redeem or search for a particular offer you want to redeem.
- Search the keyword “VDAY” for all Valentine’s Day offers.
- Display Promo Details and click Redeem.
- Confirm the details and click Redeem.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message from 4438 with a code and/or a link to a partner website or app. Customers may also check the View Vouchers on their app to view the redeemed voucher with a code.
- Go to the partner website or app and copy and paste/enter the code received.
- Use the code upon checkout to claim the item.
How will I know if I’ve successfully redeemed the offer in the GlobeOne app?
A text message from 4438 will be sent after a successful redemption. The message contains a code or a link to the partner website or app where you can use the code. You may also check your redeemed code voucher in the View Vouchers section in the main app dashboard via the GlobeOne app.
Why can’t I redeem?
- Voucher can only be redeemed via the GlobeOne app within the given promo period.
- Kindly ensure that you have good signal reception and data connection before transacting.
- Update your GlobeOne mobile app regularly.
- Make sure to follow and be guided by the Terms and Conditions ( per partner offer) (i.e. code has expired, code has been fully redeemed, redemption period, limited redemption, offer is for a specific account type).
- New rewards redemption capping limit policy:
- Mobile Globe Prepaid/TM/Postpaid,Platinum,SG and EG: 10x transaction per week.
- For Globe At Home and Home Prepaid WiFi, the limit is at 5x transactions per week.
- The use of the voucher is subject to Globe and partner’s Terms and Conditions.
How many times can I transact?
Promo is subject to the transaction cap of ten (10) Globe Rewards transactions per week (except for BUY or Points-as-Cash transactions). For Globe At Home and Home Prepaid WiFi, it’s 5x transactions per week.
