Is the promo also open to TM customers?
Unfortunately, we are offering this promo for Globe Prepaid, Postpaid and Globe At Home customers for now. Don't worry, because we're also working on new & exciting promos for our TM customers as well so stay tuned!
How many winners will be chosen?
Globe, together with a DTI representative witness, will select 31 winners:
- 20 winners of signed poster
- 10 winners of signed polaroid
- 1 winner of RO WOON's barong he wore in the Manila fan meet last June 26, 2022
When is the raffle draw?
The raffle draw is on August 11, 2022 at 2 PM via Zoom or Google Meet. It will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative witness.
How will I know if I won?
Winners will be informed via email on August 12, 2022. So please check the email address you provided at glbe.co/ROWOON when you registered for the promo. The list of winners will also be posted on Kmmunity PH’s official pages and channels.
Woohoo, I won the raffle! How do I claim my prize?
The prize will be delivered for free to the delivery address you provided via glbe.co/ROWOON. We will start shipping the prize on August 19, 2022. Please note the following delivery lead times:
- 25 working days for Metro Manila
- 30 working days for Luzon
- 35 working days for Visayas and Mindanao

How many versions of the poster and polaroid will be given away?
Only one (1) version of the signed poster will be given away. However, one of five (5) different signed polaroids will be given randomly to each winner.
Can I choose a version of the signed polaroid that will be given to me?
No, Globe Kmmunity PH will choose which signed polaroid you’ll receive.
