How do I join the promo?

How long will this promo run?
The promo will run from July 8 to 21, 2022.
How many winners will be selected for the raffle?
A total of 16 winners will be selected.
- 6 winners will get 1 VIP ticket + 1 Meet & Greet pass
- 10 winners will get 1 Gold ticket
When is the raffle draw?
The raffle draw is on July 27, 2022 at 10 AM via Zoom or Google Meet. It will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.
How will I know if I won?
Winners will be notified via email on July 27, 2022. The list of winners will also be posted on the official Globe Telecom Facebook page.
Can I transfer my ticket or prize to someone else?
Per DTI Mechanics, prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable and cannot be sold.
What should I bring to the Meet & Greet on July 29, 2022?
- Please present your Meet & Greet e-ticket code (digital copy or printed) received via email at the venue upon arrival.
- Present one (1) valid ID to claim your (1) Meet & Greet pass.
- Note: Provide your full name for the Meet & Greet on or before July 28, 2022; 1PM via email received from [email protected]
What should I bring to the Live Concert on July 30, 2022?
- Your event concert ticket.
- Vaccination card (physical or digital copy) and 1 valid ID upon entry to the venue.
- Observe safety and health protocols as issued by the venue and IATF.
I'm one of the winners but I missed the concert, can I get a refund or any compensation?
No, Globe will not offer any refund or compensation.
I did not win in the promo. Can I still buy a ticket?
Yes, you may buy tickets to the concert while they're still available. Please visit ticketworld.com.ph or call 891-9999 for further details.
What if the concert/ event gets canceled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, calamities and other causes, what will happen to our winning prize (ticket)?
Globe together with GMMTV and Rise Media will release an official statement if these unfortunate incidents occur.
In case both events cannot proceed as scheduled due to unforeseen events, they will be moved to a later date and your ticket will still be honored once the new schedule has been finalized. No refunds will be provided to the promo winners.
