Each customer can purchase only one (1) Globe Premium Pass and/or one (1) Globe MINDStyle VIP Pass on Tickelo

Anyone can purchase a ticket via SM Tickets, while all Globe customers can have access to special promos through the Tickelo website.

Tickelo will send an email containing your e-ticket and instructions on how to claim your ID/badge, wrist tag (valid for 3 days), and loot bag at the Globe booth in the SMX Convention Center.

No, your ID/badge and wrist tag are valid for all 3 days! Just make sure to wear your wrist tag and Pass ID whenever you wish to enter the SMX Convention Center.

Just present your e-ticket from SM Tickets to enter the venue.

Yes, you may have a representative or a proxy claim the ID and loot bag on your behalf. Just make sure that they bring an authorization letter and 1 valid ID when they drop by SMX.
