How to Use Postpaid Data Roaming Promos

For Postpaid data roaming promos, you can register at least 3 days before your trip. It will only activate upon arrival abroad.

Wait for the activation message confirming that your subscription to the long validity offer is successful before turning on your mobile data and data roaming.

Make sure your mobile APN is set to internet.globe.com.ph
How to Use Prepaid Data Roaming Promos

You need a data promo to be able to browse while outside of the Philippines. Simply register to your desired Roam Surf promo to activate data roaming.

You can mix and match Roam Surf promos. Register to more than one at a time!

Make sure that you have enough load to avail of Prepaid Roam Surf. You'll receive a message confirming your subscription after you register.

Activate your promo by switching to 3G or LTE then turning ON your Mobile Data and Data Roaming settings.
In the event that you can't browse with your default APN setting (http.globe.com.ph), you may set this to internet.globe.com.ph. If you're on 3G, you may need to restart your mobile device to start browsing.
How to Use Postpaid Roam Surf 399

Postpaid Roam Surf 399 doesn't require registration. Simply turn on mobile data and data roaming and you'll be automatically charged PHP399 for the next 24 hours.

If you don't wish to be charged the default rate of PHP399 for 24 hours, ensure that your mobile data and data roaming are turned off upon arriving abroad. It would be best to switch to 3G settings.

Postpaid
Roaming is pre-activated except for select plans wherein roaming is not enabled. To ensure your roaming service is activated or for assistance on other roaming concerns, please call the Globe Roaming Hotline at (+632) 7730-1212 (toll-free even while roaming) or talk to Globe on Facebook Messenger.
Prepaid
Roaming activation is automatic. No load amount is required to activate roaming.

Until further advice, postpaid customers on roaming in selected countries can enjoy all-day data roaming at PHP399/24 hours.
All Globe Postpaid, Globe Business and Globe Business Plans with pre-activated roaming service can subscribe to Roam Surf 399 except for Load Tipid and myStarter Plan customers.
Roam Surf 399 is covered by Globe’s Fair Use policy for data promos.

Yes, Globe Prepaid and TM customers will be able to enjoy Globe services even when they are abroad.
Follow these steps to manually connect to partner networks:
