Thea is Globe Platinum's Digital Assistant, providing assistance and concierge servicing to Globe Platinum customers who availed of the Platinum GPlan. She's a digitally savvy Filipina millennial, credible and trustworthy, who represents the Globe Platinum brand.
You can access Thea through Facebook Messenger. She can assist you on anything you may need regarding your Globe subscription, including concierge services. Hence, she can fulfill requests for airport lounge access, travel planning, dining reservations, personal shopping, and the like.
What does Globe Priority Network mean?
With Globe Priority Network, Platinum customers are always placed ahead so that their mobile data experience is always better than the rest.
Mobile data experience is dependent on the area, the number of Globe customers using the same cell ID, and the type of device used. Mobile data speed is always in relation to the speed of other Globe customers in the same area. Globe Priority Network is now available nationwide.

- Indicated in the messages of the customer touchpoints are instructions to be part of the promo and the link glbe.co/platonip to the Globe website where they can submit their official entries. The webpage will also include the mechanics, as well as terms and conditions.
- On the Globe website at glbe.co/platonip, eligible Globe Platinum customers need to submit two screenshots using their new iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, or iPhone 13 Pro Max on or before October 26:
- One (1) screenshot of the “PLATINUM” signal, which is visible on the upper left corner of the lock screen
- One (1) screenshot of IMEI and Serial Number, which can be found when the customer goes to “Settings,” taps “General,” and then taps “About.” The IMEI and Serial Number should correspond to the device issued to the customer through the Platinum GPlan
- Along with the two (2) screenshots, customer must submit the following information on the Globe Website:
- Globe Platinum Number
- Full Name
- Email address
- Device Serial Number and IMEI, which must correspond to the screenshot uploaded
- Agreement to Globe’s Privacy Policy
- Every photo submission with a unique device, identifiable by the IMEI, is considered as one (1) entry. Multiple photo submissions of the same device are still considered as one (1) entry. The more submissions of unique devices, the more eligible customers can earn promo entries and more chances of winning.
- There can only be one winner for this raffle. On October 29, the winner will officially be informed via text message and will be advised to contact their Platinum Relationship Manager or THEA, the Platinum Digital Assistant on Facebook Messenger. To claim the prizes, the winner must provide their delivery address and contact details to the aforementioned Globe Platinum representatives. The prizes will be shipped to the winner and all costs related to the shipment will be covered by Globe.
- Globe will cover the mandatory tax of 20% or ₱20,372 that applies to the total value of the prizes.

TIPS FOR YOUR PHOTO
- Make sure to insert your Platinum SIM into your new iPhone 13.
- Make sure to turn on your new iPhone and connect to the Globe network.
- The "PLATINUM" signal should be on the upper left corner of your lock screen.
- You may need to turn off your VoWiFi settings for the "PLATINUM" signal to appear. To do this, go to "Settings," then tap "Cellular," then tap "WiFi Calling," and then switch off this feature.
- If you recently changed your SIM, contact THEA, your Platinum Digital Assistant, at glbe.co/thea-gp or your Platinum Relationship Manager, or the Platinum Hotline at +632 7730 1888 to restore your "PLATINUM" Signal within 24 hours.
