Platinum Priority Passenger Program Terms & Conditions
- Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) program is exclusive to Globe Platinum customers traveling with Emirates.
- Globe Platinum customers who booked their Emirates flights from August 1- December 31, 2019, are eligible for the program.
- Tickets must be issued through www.emirates.com or through the Emirates’ Town Office at 18F Pacific Star Building Makati Avenue cor. Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City.
- Emirates flight tickets issued by a Travel agency and/or Online Travel agency (i.e. Expedia, Skyscanner, etc.) are not eligible for this program.
- Globe Platinum customers must register his/her Emirates itinerary no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled flight to avail of the Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) Privilege.
- Globe Platinum customers may provide itinerary details through the following channels:
- Platinum Relationship Manager (“PRM”)
- Thea, through Facebook Messenger
- Globe Store
- 24/7 Dedicated Hotline
- Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) privilege is limited to a maximum of 2 Requests per flights per day only. Anything in excess will be subject to the approval of the Airline and Airport Management.
- Availing of the Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) privilege is on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to approval and availability.
- The Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) is only valid from August 1- December 31, 2019.
- Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) program is applicable to Emirates passengers departing from Manila - NAIA Terminal 3 only.
- Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) program is only applicable to passengers flying out of NAIA Terminal 3 Manila, Philippines. Regular airport process applies during the layover and arrival at the country of destination.
