Platinum Priority Passenger Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) program is exclusive to Globe Platinum customers traveling with Emirates.
  2. Globe Platinum customers who booked their Emirates flights from August 1- December 31, 2019, are eligible for the program.
  3. Tickets must be issued through www.emirates.com or through the Emirates’ Town Office at 18F Pacific Star Building Makati Avenue cor. Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City.
  4. Emirates flight tickets issued by a Travel agency and/or Online Travel agency (i.e. Expedia, Skyscanner, etc.) are not eligible for this program. 
  5. Globe Platinum customers must register his/her Emirates itinerary no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled flight to avail of the Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) Privilege.
  6. Globe Platinum customers may provide itinerary details through the following channels:
    1. Platinum Relationship Manager (“PRM”)
    2. Thea, through Facebook Messenger
    3. Globe Store
    4. 24/7 Dedicated Hotline
  7. Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) privilege is limited to a maximum of 2 Requests per flights per day only. Anything in excess will be subject to the approval of the Airline and Airport Management. 
  8. Availing of the Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) privilege is on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to approval and availability.
  9. The Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) is only valid from August 1- December 31, 2019.
  10. Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) program is applicable to Emirates passengers departing from Manila - NAIA Terminal 3 only.
  11. Platinum Priority Passenger (“PPP”) program is only applicable to passengers flying out of NAIA Terminal 3 Manila, Philippines. Regular airport process applies during the layover and arrival at the country of destination.
