Globe Platinum Exclusive Perks and Privileges Terms and Conditions

The Lind Boracay

  1. Globe Platinum customers ("you") are eligible to book rooms with a 20% discount applied to the published rates.
  2. Promo is applicable when a customer books directly, or online using the promo code.
  3. Customers may also book directly by sending an email to [email protected] or calling 835 8888 loc. 8621, 8622 and 8613. For these channels, you will need to send an email with a copy of your ID, Globe Platinum mobile number, and proof of subscription such as scanned copy or photograph of the billing statement, or a screenshot of the Platinum mobile signal.
  4. The discount can only be given to Globe Platinum subscribers. The discount is non-transferrable to non-Platinum subscribers.
  5. A 15% discount is applicable to the total bill for a la carte orders at Tartine, Crust, and +36 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promos. The diner should present his Platinum signal as proof of subscription to claim the discount.
  6. The discount cannot be applied to banquets, corporate or food and beverage events (i.e. The Lind Market). Discount is also not applicable for room service orders.
  7. A 15% discount is applied to the total bill at The Spa Wellness Boracay. To avail the discount, the guest must present his Globe Platinum signal as proof of subscription before having his treatment/s.
  8. Complimentary room upgrade and early check-in privileges are ALWAYS subject to The Lind Boracay’s room availability.
  9. Senior citizen and/or PWD discount is not applicable using this promo.
  10. This partnership is valid from February 01, 2019 to July 31, 2019.
  11. All accommodations are subject on room availability.
  12. Discounts are not applicable on blocked-off dates and peak season dates (December 23, 2018 to January 7, 2019, and February 1 to 9, 2019).
  13. Net prices are inclusive of taxes and service charge.
  14. These discounted rates cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or benefits.

Plaza Premium Lounge

  1. Access to PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE is exclusive to every Globe Platinum customers and a maximum of one companion. In excess of one guest, regular PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE rate will be charged, and can be settled at the lounge front desk.
  2. The first accompany infant (aged 2 below) is allowed to enter the airport lounge free of charge and will not be counted as a guest of the customer.
  3. By availing of the complimentary lounge access, the Globe Platinum customer consents to the collection, use, processing, and storage of the following information relating to the passenger:
    • Date of Entry
    • Last Name, First Name
    • Outbound Flight Number
    • Airline
    • Destination
    • Name of Companion: Last Name, First Name
    • Signature of the redeeming Globe Platinum customer
    The foregoing information will be collected by PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE  when it fills out the Globe Platinum Tracking Data and shall be shared by PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE  with GLOBE. PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE with GLOBE shall process, use and store the information collected for the purpose of the administration and implementation of the Lounge Access Program and in accordance with their respective data privacy policies.   4. PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE or any authorized personnel of the Lounge shall reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any of the users, at its full and absolute discretion, if,
    • the customer(s) appear to be under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs and are likely to disturb the peace and comfortable usage of the Lounge;
    • the customer(s) have created and continued to create scandalous scenes or have exhibited and continued to exhibit unruly behavior that disturbs other users in the Lounge;
    • The customer(s) have been causing nuisances or disruptions which are dangerous to the customer(s) himself/herself/ themselves and/or to any other persons and/or with the likelihood of causing damage to any property both within and outside the Lounge;
    • for health and safety reasons;
    • for environmental and security reasons; or
    • for any other reasons of which the circumstances justify such refusal or ejection.
  5. Globe Platinum qualified passengers shall be subject to PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE’S code of conduct and general terms and conditions of the lounge (https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com/en-uk/discover/terms-and-conditions). Globe shall not be held liable, and Platinum customers shall hold Globe free and harmless from any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the customer arising from or in connection with his/her availment of the services of PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE.
  6. The airport lounge access privilege is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
  7. By availing of the Airport lounge access, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended, revised or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof. Likewise, the Platinum customer and his or her guest(s) shall abide by the terms and conditions governing the access to and use of the PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE.

Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc. (PAGSS)

  1. Access to any of the participating PAGSS lounge is exclusive to each Globe Platinum customer and a maximum of one companion. In excess of one guest, regular PAGSS rate will be charged, and can be settled at the lounge front desk.
  2. Children aged five (5) years old and below are allowed to enter the airport lounge free of charge and will not be counted as a guest of the customer.
  3. By availing of the complimentary Lounge access, Globe Platinum customer consents to the collection, use, processing and storage of the following information relating to the passenger:
    • Date of Entry
    • Last Name, First Name
    • Outbound Flight Number
    • Airline
    • Destination
    • Name of Companion: Last Name, First Name
    • Signature of the redeeming Globe Platinum customer

    The foregoing information will be collected by PAGSS when it fills out the Globe Platinum Tracking Data and shall be shared by PAGSS with GLOBE. PAGSS with GLOBE shall process, use and store the information collected for the purpose of the administration and implementation of the Lounge Access Program and in accordance with their respective data privacy policies.

  4. Access to the lounge is subject to availability at the time of availment. PAGSS shall have the right to limit access to the Lounges during limited high volume time periods to prevent overcrowding and inconvenience to the passengers. For NAIA Terminal 1, can be transferred to other PAGSS affiliated lounges.
  5. PAGSS and authorized personnel of the Lounge reserve the right to refuse entry to the Lounge to any eligible passenger, if he/she is not considered to be sober or orderly enough to be permitted to enter and/or is likely to disturb other users from the quiet enjoyment of the Lounge or for any other circumstances justifying them to do so.
  6. Globe Platinum qualified passengers shall be subject to PAGSS’ code of conduct and general terms and conditions of the lounge. Globe shall not be held liable, and Platinum customers shall hold Globe free and harmless from any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the customer arising from or in connection with his/her availment of the services of PAGSS Lounge access.

Aegle Wellness Center-Balesin

  1. The offer is open to all Globe Platinum Subscribers, member or non-member of Balesin Island Club.
  2. The offer is valid at Aegle Wellness Center - Balesin Island Club. To avail of the offer, the subscriber must secure a reservation with Aegle at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Reservations can be made through the following channels:

  3. Subscriber must provide his/her full name and Platinum mobile number upon reservation
  4. Confirmation of reservation is subject to the approval of Globe Platinum and availability of Aegle Wellness Center - Balesin Island Club.
  5. A non-refundable 50% down payment amounting to PHP 37,500.00 is required upon reservation.
  6. Full payment must be settled seven (7) days prior to arrival in the island.
  7. Payments may be settled via bank transfer/bank deposit to Aegle's official bank accounts:
