Globe Platinum Exclusive Perks and Privileges Terms and Conditions

Plaza Premium Lounge

  1. Access to PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE is exclusive to every Globe Platinum customers and a maximum of one companion. In excess of one guest, regular PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE rate will be charged, and can be settled at the lounge front desk.
  2. The first accompany infant (aged 2 below) is allowed to enter the airport lounge free of charge and will not be counted as a guest of the customer.
  3. By availing of the complimentary lounge access, the Globe Platinum customer consents to the collection, use, processing, and storage of the following information relating to the passenger:
    • Date of Entry
    • Last Name, First Name
    • Outbound Flight Number
    • Airline
    • Destination
    • Name of Companion: Last Name, First Name
    • Signature of the redeeming Globe Platinum customer
    The foregoing information will be collected by PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE  when it fills out the Globe Platinum Tracking Data and shall be shared by PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE  with GLOBE. PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE with GLOBE shall process, use and store the information collected for the purpose of the administration and implementation of the Lounge Access Program and in accordance with their respective data privacy policies.   4. PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE or any authorized personnel of the Lounge shall reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any of the users, at its full and absolute discretion, if,
    • the customer(s) appear to be under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs and are likely to disturb the peace and comfortable usage of the Lounge;
    • the customer(s) have created and continued to create scandalous scenes or have exhibited and continued to exhibit unruly behavior that disturbs other users in the Lounge;
    • The customer(s) have been causing nuisances or disruptions which are dangerous to the customer(s) himself/herself/ themselves and/or to any other persons and/or with the likelihood of causing damage to any property both within and outside the Lounge;
    • for health and safety reasons;
    • for environmental and security reasons; or
    • for any other reasons of which the circumstances justify such refusal or ejection.
  5. Globe Platinum qualified passengers shall be subject to PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE’S code of conduct and general terms and conditions of the lounge (https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com/en-uk/discover/terms-and-conditions). Globe shall not be held liable, and Platinum customers shall hold Globe free and harmless from any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the customer arising from or in connection with his/her availment of the services of PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE.
  6. The airport lounge access privilege is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
  7. By availing of the Airport lounge access, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended, revised or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof. Likewise, the Platinum customer and his or her guest(s) shall abide by the terms and conditions governing the access to and use of the PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE.

Aegle Wellness Center-Balesin

  1. The offer is open to all Globe Platinum Subscribers, member or non-member of Balesin Island Club.

  1. The offer is valid at Aegle Wellness Center - Balesin Island Club. To avail of the offer, the subscriber must secure a reservation with Aegle at least fourteen (14) days in advance. Reservations can be made through the following channels:

    3. Thea, the Platinum Digital Assistant, through Facebook Messenger

  2. Subscriber must provide his/her full name and Platinum mobile number upon reservation

  3. Confirmation of reservation is subject to the approval of Globe Platinum and availability of Aegle Wellness Center - Balesin Island Club.

  4. A non-refundable 50% down payment amounting to PHP 37,500.00 is required upon reservation.

  5. Full payment must be settled seven (7) days prior to arrival in the island.

  6. Payments may be settled via bank transfer/bank deposit to Aegle's official bank accounts:

  7. Promotion is valid from August 23, 2019 – February 15, 2020. Subject to availability.

  8. Club Rules and Regulations must be strictly followed.

  9. This offer can be availed of during long weekends or peak periods depending on availability.

  10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or privileges.
