How to Join


  1. The Auto Pay program aims to promote the enrollment of Globe Postpaid Mobile customers to partner banks’ auto-charge facility for a more convenient payment method. 
  2. This campaign will run from June 25, 2020 up to July 31, 2020. Once eligible, customers who enroll in the program will receive a GCash reward from August 25 to October 15, 2020.
  3. Customers can enroll directly with our partner banks: BDO, Citibank, Eastwest Bank, Metro Bank, RCBC, Security Bank, Union Bank, and HSBC.
  4. The program is open to selected Postpaid Mobile accounts only.
  5. Globe Account should be active in status prior to enrollment in the Auto Pay Program.
  6. Qualified customers will get the GCash reward, provided they have enrolled their credit card and were successfully billed via Auto Pay for at least one month.
  7. Globe customers will receive an SMS from Globe regarding the eligibility to the promo including confirmation of the rewards.
  8. Enrollment to the Auto Pay Program will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. Charging will take effect on your nearest due date if a request is made before your bill cycle.  Otherwise, charging shall take effect on the next due date.


What is the Globe Postpaid Auto Pay program?

  • This program allows selected Globe Postpaid customers to receive the reward amounting P300 worth of GCash when they enroll their credit card to an Auto Pay arrangement for their Globe Postpaid bills. 

Who are eligible to join the program?

  • This program is available to selected Globe Postpaid customers. Qualified customers will receive a text from Globe. The customer needs to enroll his/her credit card in Auto Pay arrangement with their respective banks and get charged for at least one month via Auto Pay for their Postpaid bills to qualify. 

Where will the GCash reward be sent?

  • The P300 worth of GCash will be sent to the qualified mobile number that is enrolled in Auto Pay.

Will I still be able to claim the GCash reward even if I haven’t registered yet at the time it was credited?

  • You'll need to have an active GCash account to receive and claim the GCash reward. Please create a GCash account upon completion of your enrollment in the  Auto Pay Program, so you can receive the P300 reward.

How will I know when I've received the GCash credit?

  • GCash users eligible for the P300 credit will be notified via a confirmation message from August 25 to October 15, 2020. If you don't have a registered GCash account at the time of notification.

How long is the Gcash reward valid for?

  • GCash is as good as cash and has no expiry.

Where can I use the reward?

  • The reward is good as cash inside the GCash wallet. You can use it within the GCash app to Buy Load, Send Money, Pay Bills, and also for your online shopping.

What if I'm successfully enrolled in the Auto Pay Program, but the cashback wasn’t reflected?

You may report this directly through our Live Chat or send a ticket via the Help Center in the GCash app.

  • To report via Live Chat: From the main menu on your GCash app, go to Help Center. Scroll down until you see a chat icon on the lower right side of your screen. Click on the chat icon and then click on the Live Chat button. Report your concern and provide necessary details, a GCash Support Agent will respond to you promptly.

  • Please address your concern by sending a message via Live Chat through the help center in the GCash App. You may also create a Help Center ticket, email [email protected],  or call 2882.

How will I know that you’ve sent the reward?

  • You’ll be receiving a text confirming that the reward is reflected in your GCash wallet.
