The reward is good as cash inside the GCash wallet. You can use it within the GCash app to Buy Load, Send Money, Pay Bills, and also for your online shopping.
What if I'm successfully enrolled in the Auto Pay Program, but the cashback wasn’t reflected?
You may report this directly through our Live Chat or send a ticket via the Help Center in the GCash app.
To report via Live Chat: From the main menu on your GCash app, go to Help Center. Scroll down until you see a chat icon on the lower right side of your screen. Click on the chat icon and then click on the Live Chat button. Report your concern and provide necessary details, a GCash Support Agent will respond to you promptly.
