FAQ

What are Globe's Installment Plans?

The installment plans are Globe's newest way for you to own a device.

This works through a financing or loan set-up that Globe has set up in partnership with an international company that provides financing platforms for carriers globally. The partner pays upfront for the device and in turn, you pay for the handset in monthly installments through Globe.

What's inside the installment plans?

Instead of a fixed set of plan components, these installment plans come with consumables which you can use to pay for services such as data, call and text services and premium content.

Plan 999 has an additional P500 plan value which gives you P1,499 total worth of consumables per month.

Plan 1299 also has an additional P500 plan value so you get P1,799 total worth of consumables per month.

Whenever the need arises, you may also opt to get other one-time or recurring services beyond P1,499 or P1,799. These extra services will be charged in addition to your monthly plan.

How do I qualify for one?

Any interested customer can apply as long as they’re eligible.

If you’re applying for a new/additional line, regular policies and postpaid requirements apply.

To apply for any of these plans, you may call our Sales hotline at (02) 730-1010 or visit any of these Globe stores:

  • GMA - UP Town Center, SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, Tower One, Glorietta, Greenbelt, Rockwell, SM Mall of Asia, Market! Market!, SM Aura, Globe Tower, Uptown Place BGC, Iconic BGC, Alabang Town Center, and SM Southmall
  • South Luzon - SM Sta. Rosa, SM Dasmarinas, SM Bacoor, SM Batangas, SM Lipa, and Ayala Mall Liberty Center
  • Visayas/Mindanao - Ayala Center Cebu and Ayala Center Centrio

If you’re up for plan renewal, you must own a personal Globe postpaid subscription whose contract has already ended. To inquire, you may call (02) 730-1300 anytime from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 10 PM. When your eligibility is confirmed and you’ve decided which plan to avail, you’ll be asked to fill up a recontracting form and a Loan Agreement form.

Whether applying for a new line or renewing your plan, you’ll be asked to sign a Loan Agreement form. It’s the document that will be submitted to Globe’s partner who will finance the device that you will avail. It will contain all the details relevant to the handset of your choice such as the handset or loan amount and the corresponding fees, terms and conditions.

Can I turn over the line to someone else?

Turning over the line to someone means a change in ownership. This won't be allowed unless:

  1. Your contract is terminated.
  2. Your device payments have been completed.
