  1. Your plan application request is still subject to verification and approval.
  2. All approved orders submitted during the pre-order period are entitled to freebies/discount.
  3. We’ll confirm your order via text and/or email address once the device becomes available.
  4. For multiple reservations made under the same application details, only the most recent submission will be considered.
  5. All order details upon submission will be considered FINAL, and will be the basis of the verification and approval.
  6. An update will be sent to the provided mobile number and/or email address after seven business days.
  7. For renewal customers, you may pre-order by filling out this form.
