PROMO MECHANICS

1. The raffle promo is open to all Filipinos aged 18 years old and above with an active Globe Prepaid mobile account and who are currently residing in the Philippines.
2. Raffle qualifiers are Globe Prepaid subscribers who have unlocked their Globe Rewards+ membership within the promo period of February 19, 2024 to March 30, 2024 via GlobeOne App.
3. To participate in the promo, customers will need to fill out the following fields:
   
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Birthdate
   • Globe Rewards+ Membership Expiry Date
   • Globe Prepaid Mobile Number
   • Home Address
   • Email Address
   • Tick box accepting the terms and conditions of Globe Rewards+
4. Cut-off of entries will be on March 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
5. After successful registration to the portal, customers will receive a confirmation from the following:
   
   • Thank You Page after form completion
   • Email Confirmation
6. Customers with successful entries to the promo will have a chance to win 1 iPhone 15 Pro.
7. Winners will be announced 7-14 days after the raffle end date. After validation of participants, prize will be delivered to the winners’ home addresses within 5-7 working days for those residing in NCR/Luzon and 7-10 working days for other areas in the Philippines.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Globe Rewards+ iPhone 15 Pro Raffle Promo is open to all Filipinos aged 18 years old and above with an active Globe Prepaid mobile account and who are currently residing in the Philippines.
• Each subscriber can only participate in the promo once, after they qualify as a member in Globe Rewards+.
• All sign-ups or registrations will be extracted from the portal and filtered for duplicate entries if applicable.
• A total of 12 winners will be selected.
• Globe, together with a DTI representative witness, will select the winners of the raffle via Zoom/Google Meets.
• Prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.
• A winner can only win once.
• Winners will be notified via text from Globe.
• Employees of Globe Telecom, Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, concessionaires, third-party agents, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
• By registering for the raffle draw, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set by Globe governing the rules of participation. Globe Telecom, Inc. reserves the right to verify the participant's personal information for the administration of the raffle. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of Globe, the customer will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.
• By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Globe relating to the raffle draw without any compensation. The winner agrees that Globe Telecom, Inc. may publicize the name of the winner in such mode and manner as it considers fit. The winner's name may be published on Globe’s website, social media channels, and official press releases to the media.
• Globe Telecom, Inc. reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the winner should it be proven that the winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such an event, Globe Telecom, Inc. may redraw another winner in the presence and upon approval of DTI.
