PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Globe Prepaid Mobile customers nationwide.
2. The raffle qualifiers are Globe Prepaid subscribers who registered for any Go+ promos (Go+99, Go+129, Go+149, Go+250, and Go+400) on all sales channels and platforms (*143#, SMS 8080, GCash, and GlobeOne App) and customers who bought a Globe Prepaid SIM via Globe Official Store on Shopee or Lazada and activated it from November 10 to November 18, 2022.
3. The raffle qualifiers will receive a text from Globe inviting them to join the raffle with a link to the portal where they will register (glbe.co/GoDEALS) from November 10 to November 18, 2022.
4. To participate in the raffle promo, customers will need to fill out the following fields:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Home Address
   • Promo Availed
   • Birthdate
   • Globe Prepaid Mobile Number
   • Email Address
5. After successful registration to the portal, customers will receive a confirmation from the following:
   • Thank You Page after form completion
   • Email Confirmation
6. Customers with successful entries to the promo will have a chance to win any of the following prizes: two SM Cinema movie passes or exclusive Marvel merch.
7. Lucky winners will be contacted via the nominated mobile number through Globe’s official representatives for the sending of prizes.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Globe Prepaid GoDEALS Promo: Marvel Studios' Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Raffle is open to all Filipinos aged 18 years old and above with an active Globe Prepaid Mobile account and who are currently residing in the Philippines.
• The raffle qualifiers can participate in the promo multiple times but can only win once.
• All sign-ups or registrations will be extracted from the portal and filtered for duplicate entries if applicable.
• A total of 250 winners will be selected:
  • 200 winners of two SM Movie Passes for Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
  • 50 winners of exclusive Marvel merch
• Movie voucher’s terms and conditions:
  • Participating branches: All regular SM Cinemas only
  • Valid only for Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and redeemable to any regular SM Cinema branch
  • Inclusive of regular popcorn and soda
• Globe, together with a DTI representative witness, will select the winners of the raffle via Zoom or Google Meet call on November 16, 2022 (first draw) and November 22, 2022 (second draw).
• Determination of winners will be drawn electronically using the randomizer on www.random.org with the list of eligible winners.
• Prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.
• A winner can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he or she gets the prize with higher value.
• Winners will be notified through a text and call from a Globe representative or via e-mail through their registered e-mail address.
• Employees of Globe Telecom, Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, concessionaires, third-party agents, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
• By registering for the raffle draw, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set by Globe governing the rules of participation. Globe Telecom, Inc. reserves the right to verify the participant’s personal information for the administration of the raffle. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of Globe, the customer will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.
• By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Globe relating to the raffle draw without any compensation. The winner agrees that Globe Telecom, Inc. may publicize the name of the winner in such mode and manner as it considers fit. The winner's name may be published on Globe’s website, social media channels, and official press releases to the media.
• Globe Telecom, Inc. reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the winner should it be proven that the winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such an event, Globe Telecom, Inc. may redraw another winner in the presence and upon approval of DTI.
