GFIBER PLANS FOR M RESIDENCES PROMO TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Description


These Special Terms supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and these Special Terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.

PLAN

The available plan for this M Residences built-in broadband promo is Plan 2899 (Up to 650 Mbps) Unli - WIRED FIBER Technology. All M Residences are pre-checked and are all serviceable with FIBER TECHNOLOGY.

ELIGIBILITY

All M Residences homeowners are entitled to avail the FREE/complimentary Globe At Home GFiber Plan 2899 for 24 months as part of their property contract agreement with Victor Consunji Development Corporation.

All M Residences homeowners in the Acacia Estate, Mowelfund, and Capitol Hills are eligible to register and avail of this promo.

All subscription applications are subject to Globe rules, policies and regulatory terms and conditions.

This promo applies to Filipino and non-Filipino subscribers.

The complimentary Globe At Home GFiber Plan 2899 is FREE for 24 months, within this period you cannot terminate, downgrade, or upgrade the current plan. On the 25th month, it will automatically convert to paid subscription and the subscriber will have the option to upgrade, downgrade or terminate the plan.

If the M Residences homeowner leases the unit and allows the lessee to use the free 24 months built-in broadband Plan 2899, the homeowner must sign a letter of agreement guaranteeing the access for the internet service to the renter(s).

  • HBO GO (3 months)

  • Viu (3 months)

  • Amazon Prime Video (3 months)

  • KonsultaMD Family Plan (3 months)

  • Disney+ Premium (12 months)


These free contents are not refundable/convertible to cash if unused partially or completely.

Redemption of HBO GO, Viu, and KonsultaMD may be done via the Globe At Home app. These vouchers should be redeemed within 60 days from installation/plan upgrade confirmation.

Amazon Prime Video can only be availed via email. An email with the redemption link will be sent by [email protected] to the customer's registered email address. This voucher should be redeemed within 20 days of installation/plan upgrade confirmation.

Failure to redeem the free content vouchers within the allowable period shall forfeit the offer. Content access will be terminated for customers who do not give their confirmation to extend by the end of the free trial.

LANDLINE

For Plans 2899, Landline comes with:


  • Unlimited Calls to Globe/TM (24 months)

  • Unlimited Calls to local area landline numbers

  • Free Globe NDD Calls

Calls made to non-Globe and international calls will be charged accordingly and are not covered by the promo. ₱99/month landline fee will be charged starting on the 25th month.

Unlimited calls to Globe/TM access will be terminated for customers who do not give their confirmation starting on the 25th month.

INSTALLATION FEE

The installation fee worth Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱2,400) will be FREE OF CHARGE.

MODEM FEE

The modem fee is worth ₱4,500 and will be FREE OF CHARGE.

CONTENT FEE

Billing charges will be the Monthly Recurring Fee (MRF) of the plan and other charges of the following content tack-ons, subject to availment and/or continuing availment by the Subscriber:


  • Amazon Prime Video: ₱259/month starting on the 4th month

  • Viu: ₱129/month starting on the 4th month

  • KonsultaMD: ₱150/month starting on the 4th month

  • HBO GO: ₱149/month starting on the 4th month


Upon activation of a broadband account, except for Amazon Prime, the customer has sixty (60) days to redeem the free content vouchers. Failure to redeem the free content vouchers within the said period shall forfeit the offer. These free contents are not refundable/convertible to cash if unused partially or completely. LOCK-UP PERIOD

For Plan 2899, the default lock-up period will be twenty-four (24) months. Customers who will request to terminate within the FREE 24-month period cannot convert remaining months to cash refund and promo will be forfeited.


By checking "I hereby agree to the Terms & Conditions", subscriber hereby confirms that he/she has read and understood the foregoing Special Terms specific to the Globe At Home trial plans, Globe Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Policy, and that he/she agrees to be bound thereby.
