How do I register to GoHealth Max?

Via Text
  1. Text keyword to 8080 (ex. GHM 30, GHM 70, GHM 100)
  2. Confirm subscription by replying with GHM [denom] YES within 6 hours.
  3. Go to https://gohealth.pacificcross.com.ph and enter the e-reference number provided via text within 48 hours.
  4. Provide needed info for KYC registration.
  5. Wait for the Individual Policy Contract to be sent via email.

Via GlobeOne
  1. Access the GlobeOne app
  2. From the "Quick actions" portion of the Dashboard, select "Lifestyle."
  3. On the Lifestyle page, tap GoHealth and choose your preferred GoHealth Max plan.
  4. Tap "Subscribe" to confirm your selection.
  5. Wait for confirmation via text.
  6. Confirm subscription by replying with GHM [denom] YES within 6 hours.
  7. Go to https://gohealth.pacificcross.com.ph and enter the e-reference number provided via SMS within 48 hours.
  8. Provide needed info for KYC registration.
  9. Wait for the Individual Policy Contract to be sent via email.

Do I have to submit a KYC registration form every time I register to GoHealth Max?

You will only need to submit a KYC form to Pacific Cross every time you register to GoHealth.

Can I unsubscribe from GoHealth Max before the coverage ends?

No, you cannot cancel your medical insurance from GoHealth before it ends.

Does my medical insurance from GoHealth Max renew after my coverage ends?

No, you will need to register again after your medical insurance coverage ends.

What benefits are included in my medical insurance?

Your medical insurance from Pacific Cross comes with the following:

  • Emergency In-Patient treatment due to a covered accident
  • In-Patient Treatment due to Cancer, if confined in an ICU of a Hospital for at least 10 days
  • In-Patient Treatment due to Specific Illnesses, if confined in a Hospital for at least five (5) days


Covered Illnesses are as follows:

  • Acute lower/upper Respiratory Infection
  • Pneumonia
  • Bronchitis
  • Urinary Tract Infection
  • Respiratory Tuberculosis
  • Gastroenteritis

Is the manner of availment and reimbursement for all benefits the same?

Yes. Benefits can be availed of through reimbursement only via 100% lump sum payment of the maximum benefit limit regardless of the incurred expenses.

Can I use my medical insurance benefit right away?

No, your coverage will begin three working days after subscribing.

Up to how many dependents can I register under my name?

You may register up to four (4) medical insurance coverage under your name.

Is there an age restriction to be able to avail of an insurance coverage?

Yes, eligibility age is between 15 days old to 65 years old.

Will I be able to utilize the remaining balance of my Insurance Policy if my availment did not reach the Maximum Benefit Limit?

No, your insurance policy is for one-time use only. Coverage is terminated once claim is paid/utilized.
