A promo code will be sent to all Globe customers via text message. There will also be a social media announcement of the promo code that will be posted from November 15 to 30, 2022.

That’s not all – aside from that awesome discount, existing GA ticket holders on or before November 14 will also be eligible for additional FREE GenAd tickets!

Customers who purchased Head in the Clouds Festival General Admission tickets ON or BEFORE November 14, 2022 will get the equivalent number of FREE General Admission ticket/s. This means the number of free GA tickets that will be given out will be dependent on the number of tickets purchased (1:1).

Example: Customer A purchased two (2) General Admission tickets last November 5. The customer will then be entitled to additional two (2) FREE General Admission tickets that can be claimed at the MOA Arena Coral Way SM Tickets booth.

The FREE GenAd ticket offer is applicable only for Globe, Globe At Home, and TM customers with General Admission tickets purchased ON or BEFORE November 14, 2022.

Yes, the discount codes can be used by someone else. The discount codes can be used multiple times but a limit of 4 tickets per transaction and valid for use at www.smtickets.com.

You can claim the actual ticket on or before 7 PM of December 8, 2022 but we encourage everyone to get their actual tickets as early as possible.

For customers w/ UNCLAIMED physical purchased ticket/s:

1. Proceed to the MOA Arena Coral Way SM Tickets counter within operating hours (10 AM to 5 PM daily, Monday to Friday)
2. Present your email confirmation and a valid ID
3. Receive your physical purchased General Admission ticket/s + the equivalent FREE GA ticket/s

For customers w/ CLAIMED physical purchased ticket/s:

1. Proceed to the MOA Arena Coral Way SM Tickets counter within operating hours (10 AM to 5 PM daily, Monday to Friday)
2. Present your Head in the Clouds Manila ticket/s and a valid ID
3. Receive an additional FREE General Admission ticket for every GA ticket presented

Eligible customers may claim their free GA tickets at the MOA Arena Coral Way SM Tickets branch ONLY. For ticket buyers who are unable to claim their additional GA ticket, you can proceed to the SM Tickets redemption lane on the day of the event at SMDC Festival Grounds.

Note: Ticketing / Printing fee may apply, and must be settled by the customers.
