The Traveler SIM is a local prepaid Philippine SIM powered by Globe Telecom, Inc. It is for tourists who are visiting the Philippines for vacation or business.
- Where can I avail of the Traveler SIM?
We’re currently selling Traveler SIMs at the arrival areas of the following international airports in the Philippines:
- Manila - NAIA Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4
- Clark International Airport
- Cebu International Airport
- Francisco Bangoy (Davao) International AirportI
- Kalibo International Airport
- Caticlan Jetty Port
It is also available at the Duty Free Fiestamall in Manila.When arriving or traveling to other Philippine cities, Globe Prepaid SIMs are available at retail partners nationwide.
- What is the size of the SIM card? Will it fit my smartphone unit?
The Traveler SIM is available in tri-cut form (standard, micro, and nano sizes).

- Is the SIM pre-loaded already?
Yes, you can purchase a SIM among the available preloaded options.
- Where can I buy load?
You can buy load via GCash or GlobeOne. You may also purchase at NAIA terminals, along with over 800,000 retailers nationwide.
- How much does load cost?
We currently sell load cards in P100, P300, and P500 denominations. You can load other amounts via GCash or GlobeOne.
- Can I load below P100?
In Manila, Cebu, Clark, Davao, Kalibo, Iloilo Airport and Caticlan Jetty Port terminals, P100 is the minimum load amount since AutoLoadMAX services are not present.

- How do I check my load balance?
You can check your balance via the GlobeOne App. Download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Do I need to follow a certain prefix for calls or texts? Or is it the same procedure when using a regular SIM?
To make a call or send a text message using your Traveler SIM, simply dial + <country code ><area code><number>.
