What is the Shopee promo all about?

How to redeem a reward via the GlobeOne app?
- Download the app here.
- Go to the Rewards section then Select/Search: Shopee
- Click Next then Redeem
- Wait for the confirmation notification, along with a message from 4438.
Where and how can I use Shopee eGift code or ShopeePay credits?
- A text message from 4438 will be sent to you upon redemption in Globe Rewards.
- Check the View Voucher section in GlobeOne to view code.Copy and paste the link to your browser which will lead you to the Giftaway portal.
- Redeem the eGift code
- Open the Shopee app and search for items to shop online.
- Add an item to your CART .
- Copy the eGift code from Giftaway portal and use upon checkout
- Tap Place Order to complete the purchase
- Check order status on the My Purchases tab
Where and How can I use ShopeePay Credits?
For redemption for the Shopee partner, you need to do the following to receive Shopee credits to your Shopee account:
- Select and redeem the Shopee partner
- Enter Reference number, Email address, and Mobile number into the Giftaway/ShopeePay form
- To get the reference code, you should open your Shopee app/website and go to ShopeePay
- Click "Top-up"
- Enter the amount of credits you received (e.g. 100, 200, etc) and click "Payment" to select a payment method
- Choose EC Pay as the payment method and select "Confirm"
- Click "Pay Now" and "Pay"
- Copy the Reference number in the confirmation page
- Enter the Reference number in the Giftaway/ShopeePay form and press "Redeem"
- Once done, ShopeePay credits should be seeded to your account immediately

When and where are SHOPEE codes valid?
You may use your Shopee egift code at the Shopee mobile app. SHOPEE eGift codes are valid for at least 60 days after redemption.
Does the discount apply to all products/services of the partner?
Yes, discount will apply to all products/service.
How will I know if I've successfully redeemed the offer in the GlobeOne app?
You'll get confirmation message from 4438 or go to the View Voucher section in GlobeOne to view code.
What to do if voucher codes are not working?
You may send an email (with the voucher code and/or URL) to [email protected]
I can't seem to find Shopee Rewards via the app?
The Shopee offer might be unavailable at the moment. You may try other Shopee offers available or search for other rewards by going to your Rewards Dashboard and choose View All Rewards on the GlobeOne app.
What are the restrictions?
- The egift codes can only be used once and can't be exchanged for cash credit, discounts or other goods and services.
- Redemption is valid only in the partner mobile app
- Globe is not liable to offer a replacement code for codes that are used or expired.
- Promo is subject to Globe Rewards and Shopee Terms and Conditions
