What are these digital vouchers via Globe Rewards?

You can use your Globe Rewards points when you use them for digital vouchers in any of our 3,000 partners via their websites and mobile apps.

What's a Digital Voucher Code?

Digital Voucher Code is an alphanumeric code and can be used as store credits online or to claim items at merchant stores.

Who can avail of this offer?

All Globe and TM consumer accounts are eligible (Platinum, Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, TM, Home Prepaid WiFi and Globe At Home).

Can I redeem all these vouchers?

It'll depend on the type of mobile account you’re using.

How to redeem a voucher via the GlobeOne app?

  1. Simply Download and Register to GlobeOne app from Google Play, App Gallery or App Store to get started
  2. From your GlobeOne app dashboard, tap the Redeem Rewards section. 
  3. Check from the different rewards options you can use your points ( Promo, Donations, Others). You may also use the search bar option if you  wish to look for a particular partner offer
  4. Choose the rewards offer you want. Make sure to read through the promo description then click redeem 
  5. A successful page will be shown once done. Wait for the text confirmation from 4438 to know how to claim and enjoy your voucher offer. You may also check the redeemed voucher code by going to your account details and click the View voucher section. 

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu, click View voucher section.

How to use my voucher?

You may go to the partner website or app then copy and paste the unique code and/or a link received from 4438 or just show the voucher code received via text (4438) or a print out copy to the store cashier at any participating  branches nationwide as a form of payment.

How will I know if I have successfully redeemed?

You’ll get a 4438 message with a unique code or click View voucher from the GlobeOne app dashboard main menu. For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, click View voucher section from the GlobeOne app dashboard menu to check your code.

I have multiple mobile numbers registered in my GlobeOne app. How do I know which number will receive the unique treats code when I claim through the app?

The mobile number you’ll choose where the points will be deducted will receive the 4438 with the unique link.

Why can't I redeem?

  1. Voucher can only be redeemed via the GlobeOne app within the given promo period.

  2. The offer you want to redeem might be unavailable at the moment due to the high number of requests. 

  3. Kindly ensure that you have good signal reception and data connection before transacting.

  4. Update the version of your GlobeOne app regularly

  5. Make sure to follow and be guided by the Terms and Conditions ( Globe and per partner offer) (i.e. code has expired, code has been fully redeemed, redemption period, limited redemption, offer is for a specific account type).

  6. You reached the maximum number of rewards redemption: 

New capping limit policy:

  • Mobile (Globe Prepaid, TM, Postpaid, Platinum, SG, EG) = 10x transactions per week. 
  • Broadband (Home Prepaid WiFi and Globe At Home)= 7x transactions per week

What are the restrictions?

  • Required rewards points, voucher offer/s and promo duration are subject to change.
  • The eGift code can only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash credit, discounts, or other goods and services.

  • The eGift codes are valid at least 60 days after the redemption

  • Redemption is valid only in the partner mobile app

  • Globe is not liable to offer a replacement code for codes that are used or expired

  • For rewards transaction limits: 10x transaction per week for Globe Prepaid/TM/Postpaid,Platinum,SG and EG. For GAH and Home Prepaid WiFi, the limit is at 5x transactions per week.   

  • Points requirement per treat is subject to change. Make sure to check the GlobeOne app for the latest rewards points requirement.

  • The use of the voucher is subject to Globe and it’s affiliated partner’s terms and conditions

I've successfully redeemed the offer in the GlobeOne app, but I haven't received any code?

Kindly check the message from 4438 that is sent after a successful redemption. The message contains a unique code and a link to the partner’s website or app where you can use the code. You may also check your redeemed voucher under the View vouchers section

Can I cancel my transaction?

All successful transactions cannot be canceled or make sure you choose and read through the offer details before you proceed.

How come there are items I can't see on the GlobeOne app?

The offer you want to redeem might be unavailable at the moment due to the high number of requests.

We also want you to get the best deals for the day during our Flash Deals promo period, the offers that you can see via the GlobeOne app will be current Flash Deal offers. If you want to redeem the regular offer, you may check it after the Flash Deal promo period or day.

What if I accidentally deleted the message with the link to my voucher code?

Don't worry, you may text VOUCHERINFO and send it to 4438 to check the status of your voucher code or you can  view your successfully redeemed voucher code/link, under the View vouchers section found on the main dashboard of your GlobeOne app.

For Giftaway powered vouchers, you need to open your browser type and enter the code from GOSHOPSTATUS

  1. After receiving a text message from 8080, you may open the web browser to type-in **[8-digitcode] and enter. To proceed, check "I'm not a robot".
  2. You’ll be redirected to the Giftaway page, wherein you may click the 'show code' button to copy and paste to the partner's website or app
  3. You may contact us through our digital channels like  Globe Facebook Messenger page ( for any concerns on your digital voucher code.

Can I give someone else a digital voucher item using my points?

Yes! You will see a Send as Gift button on the GlobeOne app if the particular offer can be sent as gift. However, please ensure that both you and the recipient's account are already enrolled in The All-New Globe Rewards Program
