Step 3: Wait for a text confirming successful redemption.

Step 4: Claim your e-ticket/QR code at tickelo.com

Step 1: Once you are logged in to your Tickelo account, click on the event page you wish to purchase.

Step 2: You will be directed to the event page.

Step 3: To claim tickets, click the "Click to Unlock" box. Input the code you have received via GlobeOne app.

Step 4: Once unlocked, click the '+' to add one (1) ticket. To proceed, click "BUY NOW".

Step 5: You will be directed to the "ORDER SUMMARY" page and click on "Checkout"

Step 6: Confirm Order: Double check the details to your order. To proceed, click the BUY TICKETS button.

Step 7: Once order has been completed, your tickets will be visible under MY TICKETS page and sent to your email.

• Get your event wrist tag 

Step 2: Security Check

• Present your vaccination cards and check bags for security.

Step 3: Enjoy the event

• Proceed to the area (seated or standing) based on your e-ticket.

For fan meet goers aged 13 years old and below, a companion/guardian of legal age is required to join. The companion / guardian should have their own fan meet ticket.

You may present your e- ticket together with your (1) valid ID and vaccination card (printed or digital copy) upon entrance to the venue of the fan meet on November 20, 2022. Concert goers must be fully vaccinated and should follow safety health protocols.

Gifting is not allowed but if there will be changes, it will be announced on the social media channels of Globe Telecom.

A designated team from Tickelo - our ticketing platform partner will further assist you if this unfortunate situation happens.

• Open to all Filipinos who are Globe Mobile Prepaid, Postpaid, Platinum, TM, Home Prepaid Wifi , Globe At Home with sufficient Rewards points and who are currently residing in the Philippines are eligible to avail of the fan meet ticket and join the Group Photo raffle promo.

• Customers can only redeem once per Rewards voucher (1x only: Ultimate Fan Experience: Get 1 Seated Ticket to The Globe Shoot 4 The Stars Fan Meet + A Chance to Win a Group Photo ; 1x only Ultimate Fan Experience: Ultimate Fan Experience: Get 1 Standing Room Only (SRO) Ticket to The Globe Shoot 4 The Stars Fan Meet)

• Limited Seats only or until supplies last.

• If a customer redeemed 20 rewards points voucher, the customer cannot redeem another 20 rewards points voucher but the customer can still redeem the 10 rewards voucher and vice versa.

• All sign-ups/ registrations will be extracted from the portal and filtered for duplicate entries if applicable.

• A total of 30 winners from customers who redeemed 20 Rewards points will be selected to the Group Photo w/ Bright, Win, Nani and Dew.

• Globe, together with a DTI representative witness, will select the winners of the raffle via Zoom / Google Meets call at 3:00 PM; November 16, 2022.

• Determination of winners will be done via electronic raffle using the randomizer on www.random.org.

• Group Photo access/ winners is non-convertible to cash and non-transferable and cannot be sold.

• Group Photo Winners will be notified via their registered email address, SMS from Globe and registered mail.

• The names of Group Photo winners will also be announced/published on November 17 or 18, 2022 via the official Globe Telecom  Facebook page.

• Customers will shoulder the transportation cost in going to the event and to the venue.

• The details of the Group Photo will be sent via the email address the winner provided in the registration/portal page when he/she joined the promo. Promo participants must ensure that he/she will provide a correct email address.

• Group Photo is subject to terms and conditions set by Globe and the concert promoter.

• Tickets may only be used/ claimed once.

• For concert goers aged 13 years old and below, a companion/guardian of legal age is required to join. The companion / guardian should have a fan meet ticket.

• 1 Valid ID and vaccination card (physical or digital copy) are required to enter the venue. Concert goers must be fully vaccinated.

• E- ticket is required to be able to enter the venue.

• Gifting of Rewards points is not allowed.

• The QR code in your e-ticket only allows one entry per scan.

• The ticket must not be re-sold. Unauthorized duplication of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.

• You must at all times abide by all event's rules and regulations.

• You will be issued one (1) wristband on the day of the fan meet. The wristband exchange constitutes a personal license to attend the fan meet. You agree to your personal data collection and usage by exchanging the wristband.

• The wristband grants the Promoter (and its designees) the right to include the attendees image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmissions, exhibition, simulcast, or reproduction made of, or, at, the fan meet in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or otherwise.

• Employees of Globe Telecom, Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, concessionaires, third party agents and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the Group Photo raffle.

• By participating in the Group Photo raffle draw, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set by Globe governing the rules of participation. Globe Telecom Inc. reserves the right to verify the participant’s personal information for the administration of the raffle. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of Globe, the customer will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.

• By participating in the raffle, the Group Photo winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Globe relating to the raffle draw without any compensation. The Group Photo winner agrees that Globe Telecom Inc. may publicize the name of the Group Photo winner in such mode and manner as it considers fit. The Group Photo winner's name may be published on Globe’s website, social media channels, and official press releases to the media.

• Globe Telecom Inc. reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the Group Photo winner should it be proven that the Group Photo winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such an event, Globe Telecom Inc. may redraw another winner in the presence and upon approval of DTI.

• In the event that the concert will not be pushed through/ canceled/postponed due to force majeure and/or Covid restrictions and other causes, the concert promoter together with Globe will move the event/concert on a later date. No refunds will be provided to the Group Photo winners. For the customers who redeem 20 or 10 rewards points, Globe will send back the redeemed rewards points to the customers.
