Learn how to spot spam or scam messages and calls

Step 1: UPLOAD SCREENSHOTS OF THE SPAM OR SCAM MESSAGE

The file must be in .JPG, .PNG, or .PDF format and 1 MB max only.

Make sure to attach screenshot/s in proper sequence if you're uploading more than one (in cases of long message exchanges). The following must be visible in your screenshot/s:

Sender Number or Caller ID
Timestamp of message/call
Full spam/scam message

Step 2: FILL IN REQUIRED DETAILS

Spammer/Scammer’s Sender Number or Caller ID*

Your Globe/TM/GOMO Mobile Number which receives the spam/scam message or call

Suspicious Link/s from the SMS received

Step 3: AGREE AND SUBMIT

By clicking the "Yes, I agree" checkbox below, I allow GLOBE to collect and process the personal data I will provide for purposes of reporting possible spam and/or scam messages and/or calls, until such time it is necessary, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Privacy Policy of Globe.
