All Choose Your Promo offers are available via *143#. Subscribers just need to dial then call *143# on their phones to access the menu. Accessing and navigating the *143# menu is free, but subscribing to a promo from the menu (by selecting “Subscribe”) will have corresponding subscription charges.

 

7. How do I use the *143# menu?

Below is a step by step process on how to use the *143# menu:


1) Dial *143# on your phone then press CALL.
2) Wait for the menu to appear on your screen.
3) Once the menu appears, select your transaction and press “Reply/Response/Answer/(etc., depending on your phone model).”
4) Enter the number of your chosen transaction. To register to Choose Your Promo, press “Reply/Response/Answer/(etc., depending on your phone model)” then enter “1” for “NEW: Choose your promo.” Press “OK.”
5) Select your Choose Your Promo offer by pressing “Reply/Response/Answer/(etc., depending on your phone model)” then entering “1” for IMMORTAL TRIO, “2” for UNLI ALL TRIO, “3” for ALL NET COMBO, or “4” to select your promo based on your budget. Press “OK”.
6) Choose your validity by entering “1” for 30 days, “2” for 7 days, “3” for 3 days, and “4” for 1 day. Press “OK”.
7) Verify your choice by entering “1” to register to your chosen promo. Press “OK”.
8) Wait for the confirmation message notifying you of your successful registration.

19. What does immortal mean?

Unlike usual promo offers that expire after a certain amount of time, immortal allocations from Immortal Txt/Immortal Trio do not have finite validity periods. This means that subscribers will be able to use their immortal allocations anytime they want to for as long as they keep the P5 maintaining balance required. They will not expire until used up by the subscriber.

 

20. Can I accumulate an infinite number of immortal texts/call minutes? Is there a maximum amount I can accumulate?

There is a limit to the number of immortal texts/call minutes a subscriber can accumulate. Only 100 immortal texts OR 10 immortal call minutes can be accumulated by a subscriber at any one time. Any registration to Immortal Txt or Immortal Trio that will result in the subscriber exceeding either limit will not be accommodated by the system.

 

21. Why is Globe limiting the number of immortal texts/call minutes I can accumulate?

Globe is placing caps on the total number of immortal texts and call minutes subscribers can accumulate to protect them from overspending on Immortal Txt/Immortal Trio. We don’t want them to accumulate more than what they can realistically use, and thus, the caps were put in place. Once your immortal balance is below the said limit, subscribers can immediately register to Immortal Txt/Immortal Trio again.

 

22. What will happen if my current immortal balance is already near the threshold and I register to Immortal Txt/Immortal Trio?

If your current immortal balance is already near the 100-text or 10-minute threshold, any subsequent registration to Immortal Txt/Immortal Trio that will result in you exceeding the allowed cap will not be accommodated by the system. You will receive the following message:

 

Sorry, hindi naproseso ang iyong request. Please try again later. You may check as well your current Immortal balance to ensure that you are within the 100 SMS and 10 minutes Immortal balance limit. Kindly consume first your Immortal services and register again.

 

23. Why am I getting this reply message when I try to register to Immortal Txt/Immortal Trio, “Sorry, hindi naproseso ang iyong request. Please try again later. You may check as well your current Immortal balance to ensure that you are within the 100 SMS and 10 minutes Immortal balance limit. Kindly consume first your Immortal services and register again.”?

     This may be caused by 1 of 2 possible scenarios:

 

     1) The registration attempted might result in your immortal balance exceeding the set
          immortal threshold. You can check your immortal balance by texting IMMORTAL BAL
          to 8888 to verify. If this is the case, kindly use your immortal allocation first before
          registering to Immortal Txt or Immortal Trio again.

 

     2) In the case that your immortal balance is way below the threshold, the system may
         have encountered an error in processing your request.

 

24. Until will when will these offers be available? Will Globe pull out these offers any time soon?
