E-Line
A point-to-point Ethernet connectivity solution that serves as an alternative to the traditional Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) leased lines with scalable bandwidths
Features:
- Supports port-based Ethernet Private Line (EPL) and Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN)-based Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL) services
- Can be delivered through pure Ethernet Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) or over Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH)
- Supports 802.1Q VLAN and 802.1 Q-in-Q tunneling
- Provides Jumbo Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) sizes from 1500 to 8996 bytes
- Supports three (3) classes of service
- Enables service Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM)
- Supports port Auto Laser Shutdown (ALS)
