How can I get my free 30 GB Data?

To get your Free 30 GB data, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Plug and connect to your myBusiness Prepaid Internet Modem.
  2. Download the Globe myBusiness app via iOS or Google Playstore.
  3. Open the app, enter your myBusiness Prepaid Internet Kit number in the sim bed found inside the box.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Once done, click the activate Free 30 GB button.


If unsuccessful to redeem the Free 30 GB data, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app, tap MANUALLY VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT button.
  2. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to the modem dashboard. To access the dashboard, tap HOW DO I ACCESS THE MODEM DASHBOARD button. Tap the VIEW INSTRUCTIONS button. Tap the ACCESS MODEM DASHBOARD button.
  3. Go to the SMS icon found on the upper right corner of the screen. Login credentials can be found on the modem.
  4. In the dashboard, click the SMS tab and get the OTP.
  5. If unable to get OTP, go to NEW MESSAGE and type FREE30GB and send it to 8080.
  6. Go the app and proceed to the homepage.

How to Use the Globe myBusiness App?

Using your Globe myBusiness App

  • Download the Globe myBusiness app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Open the app and register your Prepaid WiFi number located in the Prepaid Sim Bed.
  • Secure the app by nominating a PIN.
  • Proceed to the dashboard to check your data.


Activating your Free 30GB

  • Click the link on the dashboard.
  • If the account is not yet verified, you will be redirected to the Account Verification page.


Subscribing to a Surf Promo

  • Select which promo you want to avail.
  • Click into the +Get More Data tab.
  • Choose from the Prepaid Surf Promo you wish to avail.
  • A notification will appear to confirm the selected transaction.
  • Click to proceed with the transaction.

What to do when the modem did not start when I turned on the power button?

Step 1: Check if the power adapter is well connected to a 200v outlet. You can re-plug the power adapter.


Step 2: Turn-on the modem by pressing the power button. Wait for a while, the blue light on the Prepaid Wifi Modem appears after 1 to 2 mins.
